I never thrifted before and when i stumbled upon this store on my instagram story feed, they caught my attention. I instantly knew i wanted try this place out. I came here couple of times with my family during the pandemic. The experience was and is positive. I actually went by today to look for new wide set pants and a place to try on since i like to visually see myself with the clothing item. Surprisingly they have lots that aligned to my style. Me and my sister got a couple of pairs we bought and are happy with it. Everyone was so nice! I didn't know that i can apply for customer account under Plato's. The cashier explained i can get points everytime i visit. The only thing i knew was that you can take pictures and post, tagging their user on instagram to get 10% haha! So i applied to get points, and got extra for not getting a plastic bag for the pants we bought. That was great. And honestly, this is the only place i shop for clothes now since it's budget-friendly, close to where i live. The pants i got was under $20 which is perfect! Can't wait to come back againnn!

Good suit but it ruined my experience during my sister's wedding as the groomsman…read more I went to do fitting 2 months ago for the initial fitting for the rental, and another time 2 weeks ago for the final fitting. I received the tuxedo, and on the wedding day, the jacket did NOT fit all, the jacket buttons wouldn't even come close to each other. I had to walk down the aisle with an unbuttoned jacket! And after a few hours, the jacket ripped from the side! It ruined many photoshoots cause my left side was pretty bad and can't show it on the camera :/ The tux looked nice but the fitting for the jacket was VERY bad. And the small extra fancy buttons are too small to keep my shirt buttoned. Everything else was fine, but for a $220 rental, I was expecting a better service.

This place should be shut down by the better business bureau. I ordered my wedding outfit months…read morein advance and was told that it would be ready two months before my wedding. I gently reminded them a few times when it was late and they kept reassuring me it was on its way. I received the skirt one week before the wedding and the top the DAY BEFORE. No apology - in fact they were rude and made it sound like it was my fault! It needed serious alterations - the zipper was cheap and flimsy and didn't work properly - when I pointed it out to the owner she accused me of deliberately wrecking it when I tried it on in their store - the gall! After being two months late with my dress - she not only didn't apologize but accused me of being a vandal! The proprietor is a complete crook and is mean! mean! mean! I had to find a tailor who could fix it (I ended up going to my local drycleaner on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, the day before my wedding, begging them to redo the wonky zipper and to fix the top which didn't do up properly). It was so stressful since I was getting married in less than 24 hours! We had no other problems with any other vendors - even my parents, who know how business can be done in India sometimes, were shocked at her attitude. Never go here - the proprietor is dishonest and mean. I have never had such a bad experience with a store in my life, ever.
