The wait staff were polite and as attentive as they could be on an extremely busy night. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare. The filet came in different portion sizes and I ordered the smallest (250gm) however, they mistakenly gave me the large portion (350gm). The server admitted the mistake when I was given my meal. My steak was also not cooked well...kind of well done on the outside and raw in the middle. The server saw me cut it open and it was like he already knew and offered to take it back. So, my experience in a nutshell... 1. I was given the incorrect steak size AND charged for their mistake (46,20€ vs 33,00€ for the smaller one). 2. The steak was not cooked properly and they knew it before even serving it to me. 3. They could have given me the correct steak size when they took back the improperly cooked one but instead brought another large one. Bringing me the correct size the second time would have saved me 13,20€ especially since I couldn't finish it.

The drinks were great as well, We so wish that the U.S. would adopt the serving style where the alcohol is in the glass and they bring the soda in a bottle to be added at the table. In the U.S., it usually comes from a soda gun that might, or might not be clean, and is always flat. My burger was cooked medium, with a bit of pink, just the way I like it. The fries were soft in the middle with a slight crunch to them, with flaky salt. My wife's salad had a bit too much dressing for her tastes but I thought it was good. We have started sharing meals this way, as our appetites are smaller now that we are getting a bit older.

As you can see from my photo it is also garnished with two kinds of fried cheese skewered to the top bun. Cheese Explosion. Excellent service. I arrived a bit early and was seated (30 mins before my reservation time). Was promptly asked if they could check my coat for me. My server greeted me right away and took my drink order. I speak English and she was very friendly to me, and gave me an English menu. I had some questions about a specific cocktail, and she was patient with me, and took the time to go ask the bartender if they knew how to make it. She was able to explain very well the menu and answer any questions I had. The food was delicious. I ordered a filet mignon and a side of the seasonal vegetable (asparagus) and truffled mashed potatoes. So delicious! I ate every bit. I did not get a sauce in the steak because as per my server's recommendation, the steak itself has plenty of flavor and does not need a sauce. This is true! Tip when it comes to the al la carte sides (the steak did not come with a side). The sides are very small. Not family style. So don't expect to share them unless you aren't very hungry. You can see them on the background of my steak photo. The steak is about 8 oz. For dessert, the Juicy Piña is a must try! So delicious and so Instagram worthy. Overall, 10/10 recommend this place!!
