In my opinion the best brunch in Munich. The best staff. The best manager's. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. No corners cut. Highly recommended brunch but amazing steak any other day .

Fine dining in Munich when you got tired of all the touristy places with the same menu - this place is a gem! Outstanding service and food. Went there twice during my 10 days stay (would've been happy to dine there every evening) Everything we've tried there was to die for! Don't miss this place when in Munich. Michelin rated

I had to think for a bit before rating this place and finally, I decided to give it 4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars, had it not been for the prices they charge here. It's Michelin star prices without the added fringe benefits :-) For me, the the most disappointing part of the meal, was the price of the steak, which was way higher than normal, compared to like steakhouses in town. The ambience is chic, elegant, modern and comfortable. 5 stars for ambience and looks. The service here is also excellent and the waitress we had was really good. I would give 5 stars for service and attention to detail. She was very attentive, spoke great English and very friendly. The food here is great and I loved every bite. The menu is quite varied and I think it's because, it is in an area with a few hotels. They have a nice selection of snacks, starters, middle courses and mains. It's more European / American in style than French, in my opinion. The drinks menu is also extensive with a good selection of wine. The prices are high for the wine. They also have a nice cocktail list and I must admit, I did not like the drinking soldier I had. It was lacking in flavour and punch for me. We decided to have some "snacks" to start. The pimientos we ordered for snack was really nice as was the sandwich. The ribeye steak main for two was cooked to perfection. The mash potato side we ordered with the steak was superb and, the veggies intense in flavour. The presentation was also excellent however, the price of the steak was way too high for what it was :-( Desserts from the menu can be ordered or you can select smaller desserts from the cart. We decided to try a selection from the cart. Creme brûlée was superb as was the chocolate / banana tart. The wine we had with the main was quite ok and had an attractive name "bad boy". A good marketing trick but, not worth the money in my opinion. You can order the daily three or four course menu and the prices for that are quite ok. It's a restaurant that is not so easy to get to and tons of construction in the area at the moment. I am sure it will fit in once the construction is complete. It's a fairly new place and been open since April. I would come back here again for sure. I love the atmosphere and the quality of the service but, would select what I eat. I certainly would not order the steak off menu without checking prices first. I did not like the fact that it was 30% more than what the waitress told us it would be :-(( I hate that about restaurants and they simply don't correct their own mistakes. That results in a star deduction for me. I never think twice about paying for great food but in this case, felt a bit let down :-(( I really hope this place survives. It's located in an unusual place and, it's expensive. Places like this come and go out of style in Munich and, I really hope, this one does not. The quality of food is high but, they are making us pay for the huge investment in the restaurant. A great addition to the area albeit, a bit out of the way.

Fine dining meets prohibition style ambience...this steakhouse is a must for anyone visiting Munich...The pages of different steak cuts and options is sure to please any palate. Our group ordered 2 different preparations of filet, a ribeye and the lamb dishes. All were succulent, tender and so flavorful. But we must not skip over the fairly sized spirits and wine options and appetizers we shared. They have an excellent lightly seared yellowtail tuna appetizer that was paired with a soy and sesame reduction that added to perfect balance of salty ness to bring out the flavor of the tuna but not overpower. They also have an extensive beef tartar selection that was impressive for sharing. And we must not forget dessert! We shared a duo of vanilla and chocolate creme brûlée's, Beignets served with an apple purée, decadent chocolate sauce and fresh whipped cream as well as the best affogato I've ever had and finally the most perfectly balanced salted caramel ice cream you could ever taste. Experience it for yourself!

This place is absolutely amazing, great service, great food, and great presentation. It is on the pricey side so make sure you are aware before going. It definitely has a super cute modern layout.

One of the best restaurants we've ever been to! Amazing cuisine, delicious wines.. fantastic service staff! So kind and accommodating (we don't speak German and it was not a problem). We highly recommend!

I had the US Entrecôte steak and you get to see all the meat in a cabinet and it looked great with a nice bit of marbling through it. I would probably estimate it at a 7-8 for marbling. I asked for it medium rare. When the steak arrived it was cooked just the way I like it and it was so easy to cut through. I ordered a pepper sauce to go with it and unfortunately for me the sauce was not peppery enough and lacked a bit of flavour. I am used to bold and intense pepper sauces and this one unfortunately for me did not meet the mark. Hence the 4 stars. The rosemary kartoffelen I had with the main was delicious and the spinach side was also very good, I would happily come back for steak here anyway and perhaps try a different sauce or just with a bit of hot English mustard if you can get such things (must remember to ask).

We had Charolais filet (with a wonderful sauce Bernaise) and the house burger. The Toblerone mousse and vanilla quark mousse for dessert were delicious. Good selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices. Very high-quality steaks prepared perfectly. You can choose the cut of meat, weight, and of course how it's cooked. Excellent service, modern, chic and comfortable ambiance. Large terrace that looks amazing once it warms up again. The prices are reasonable for the quality. It is not cheap, but the food is very good along with everything else. Will definitely return. They are also open all afternoon until midnight!

There is a part of me that has an issue going to a restaurant and having to cook your own steak ;-) mind you I happily do that at a Korean BBQ or Japanese restaurant :-) My company had organized an evening here for customers, so I went along. It is located on a quiet street and is an open plan restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming and, for service they get 5 stars. They explained everything to the guests and got us on our way with drinks quickly. The concepts here is, you get mixed starters and you choose your cut of steak (no veggies here). I just went for the biggest one, the flank steak lol. I believe this is also the normal way in which the restaurant operates. Our starter was beef carpaccio, smoked fish and goats cheese with bread. It was very good. My steak was excellent and tender and, I cooked it rare. Tender and delicious, I wanted another one ;-)) the primitivo wine I had was also superb. I would happily come back here again. I can't tell you value for money, as we did not have to pay ;-)) good steak, nice ambience and excellent service. You get to chose your steak knife from a hand selected assortment brought to your table and the steak is brought to your table and you select the cut right there! Awesome experience. Excellent service. I arrived a bit early and was seated (30 mins before my reservation time). Was promptly asked if they could check my coat for me. My server greeted me right away and took my drink order. I speak English and she was very friendly to me, and gave me an English menu. I had some questions about a specific cocktail, and she was patient with me, and took the time to go ask the bartender if they knew how to make it. She was able to explain very well the menu and answer any questions I had. The food was delicious. I ordered a filet mignon and a side of the seasonal vegetable (asparagus) and truffled mashed potatoes. So delicious! I ate every bit. I did not get a sauce in the steak because as per my server's recommendation, the steak itself has plenty of flavor and does not need a sauce. This is true! Tip when it comes to the al la carte sides (the steak did not come with a side). The sides are very small. Not family style. So don't expect to share them unless you aren't very hungry. You can see them on the background of my steak photo. The steak is about 8 oz. For dessert, the Juicy Piña is a must try! So delicious and so Instagram worthy. Overall, 10/10 recommend this place!!

The table next to us had spotted the mouse and then we quickly saw it running around in our section. For this nice of a restaurant, it was quite a surprise! After talking to our hotel about this they said it's very unusual and dirty for a mouse to actually be inside of a restaurant. We lost our appetite and did not finish our meals. When the waitress asked if we would want another glass of wine she would pour it over our already existing glass with wine still inside filling it up to the original amount not giving us a proper pour.
