We picked up food here almost every night that we were in Munich. The salads and pinsa pizzas are outstanding -even the toppings that sound unusual like broccoli and cashews. If you would like to step straight off the cold snowy streets of Munich and be transported into a lush tropical jungle, by all means visit Daintree! They specialize in a Roman style pizza called pinsa. They have quite the variety of topping styles. I had the papillon which was white with pears, blueberries, goat cheese, walnuts, and a honey sauce. They are large enough for two to share. They offer much more than just pinsas like appetizers, salads, plates, and dessert. My friend had a healthy rice based bowl with veggies which she found quite filling. The had a well stocked bar and the bartender was excellent at making her cocktails, many of which were tropical. I'd recommend this spot for cocktails alone, quite frankly. The one thing I'd improve is seating space. The chairs are quite large for the space and you may find you are being bumped or bumping your neighbor. read more

Lovely atmosphere! Cute barside booths for a small group. I didn't have food but I did try the tiramisu martini and it was prefect. Chill vibes. Great service. Friendly staff, welcoming and professional experience, efficient service - they take their Pinsa Pizzas seriously, and portion sizes are more than generous. Wines are decent. Prices a tad on the expensive side and seem to reflect the imaginative naming schemes and wooden menu boards more than the simple honest dishes the food really feels to be, but this is central Munich, so not unexpected. Top notch experience. We were taken care of by Jacquie who recommend delicious drinks, the Purple Rain and Pink Elephant we're superb. We enjoyed the sparkling water, the diva pizza and chocolate cake dessert. Every single house special was totally amazing and this environment is fun and memorable. Great visit!!
