The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

The communication between myself and the receptionist (?) was great in the beginning. She was prompt and handled the initial booking properly. We were promised an extensive list of services that would be done for a deep clean of the house (baseboard cleaning, walls, stain removal, window sills, window blind cleaning, etc.) On the day of the service, two nice ladies arrived on time. They only provided a very light house keeping service, something I could have done by myself for free. They were there for about an hour. My boyfriend was home at the time and was confused as to why they weren't providing a deep clean of the house as promised. After some back and forth with the cleaners, it seemed as if it wasn't communicated to them what service they were to provide. The cleaners reported that they had only been told to provide a light house keeping service. Even if that were the case, we would not have been satisfied with the cleaning anyway. We called the company and they offered a rescheduling to provide the deep cleaning service. On the day of the first rescheduling, we were called about 30 min before the cleaners were supposed to show up. We were told they both called out "sick", and the company offered to send someone else out in a week. On the day of the second rescheduling, one lady showed up, and after touring the house, she said that she would need much more time + an extra set of hands to complete the service. She rescheduled us another week out. On the day of the third rescheduling, two ladies showed up early in the morning and finally provided the correct service. They were thorough, very clean, and were exactly what we were looking for. No complaints there. My main concern with this company is the improper communication between the management and their cleaners. It seemed as if none of the cleaners knew what their expectations were prior to arriving at my house. I've had my house deep cleaned before, and they typically send in a team of multiple people very early in the morning, as it usually takes more than a few hours to do a good job. They were sending in one or two cleaners at later times in the day. My other concern is that it took 4 attempts to finally receive the service we were spending hundreds of dollars on. As people with busy lives and careers, it takes a lot of effort for us to move our schedules around to be able to accommodate cleaners being at our house for several hours. I was also in the process of moving in, and I had to push back my move-in date back 2 weeks, which impacted the rest of my month's schedule. We were also cancelled on only 30 min prior to our appointment. Management remained professional in their communication to us with our concerns. And they also offered a discount on the service for our troubles. The final cleaning was also great, so the debacle ended up being worth it. However, I would've gone with a different company had I known what I was in for.
