Dunn returned my call the same day and gave me a very fair quote. Within two days they replaced the defective motors (not easy because of the custom housing they were in). Daniel came right on time, was polite, patient and extremely helpful in making recommendations, explaining things (after my multiple questions!), and giving me a timely estimate which was better than all the others. First he installed roller shades in the bedroom which ended up looking excellent. He did explain that there would be light gaps which there were, but that is the nature of roller shades. Quality was excellent and no problems with automation which was a huge priority for me. THEN, he installed natural fiber automated shades in my dining room and living room and they are beautiful.
