After requesting an estimate thru Yelp, we were immediately contacted by Desert Pride's owner and then our Project Manager, Ruben Aceves. Ruben called to discuss our project and then came out to our home within a day. He was extremely polite and accommodating, yet unassumingly confident. He listened, asked some questions, made some very insightful recommendations, took some pictures and sent us a solid estimate as promised. Once we retained them, Ruben was our phenomenal daily point of contact. He worked with us closely to understand and meet our every wish. He came to the house every day and texted throughout the day to let us know who was coming, when and what to expect. Ruben was so knowledgeable and laid back that he gave us advice on things we were considering doing outside their scope of work.
