It was on the higher end, cost-wise, compared to others in town but well worth it and it went well. I also got two very small cavities filled here. One cavity I had awhile and instead of getting worse, it stayed the same for multiple years until I finally decided to get it drilled and filled at Rubio Dental. Like the cleaning, the cost was a little higher than other local places. I also had another filling done to close a gap between an implant and a tooth that chipped, where food kept getting stuck. Unfortunately, I must say, however basic both of the fillings were, I had to have one of the two fillings redone at another dentists. The redo was in Asia. With this said, I'm not sure I'd recommend this clinic. It's hard finding a trustworthy clinic in Mexico. Maybe if I would have asked them to fix their work but I never bothered. It should be fine for simple stuff, I just don't have as much confidence in their work as I'd like. I must say, however, they didn't over-recommend treatment to line their pockets, like many American dentists have in my experience. I think your experience will vary. Very nice clinic, nice staff and atmosphere, I'm just disappointed they didn't do well enough on one filling and it had to be redone.

I also had alot of crowns that were the older style with Amalgam and due to my gums receding the dark metal was exposed at the gum line. All my crowns were replaced with beautiful porcelain crowns and matched my existing dentation perfectly. Fast forward 10 years later and I was ready to improve the overall color shading of my crowns and came back to Dr Gustavo to replace everything. We were able to do this in 2.5 days with 3 appointments. I really looked 10 years younger and couldn't be happier with the result. Dr Gustavo was gentle, caring and very sensitive to me being in the dental chair for hours. The cost was so economical compared to what I would have had to pay in the US. Fortuna's staff is courteous and their offices are modern, clean with state.of the art equipment. Driving to Los Algodones is a quick 3 hour drive from Phoenix, safe parking at the border, short walk to dental office and everyone in town greets you with a smile and an offer to help!
