I have been going here for a few months now and I can say (and MEAN) that these ladies are the most pleasant people I have dealt with in a long time. Dr. Milliner has walked me through every step of the way and has done a fabulous job at being consistent at it. I hardly ever have to ask any questions at the end of each appointment because this woman knows her stuff, and they always get answered before I even ask. Her assistants do amazing at making sure you are comfortable and that everything they do is done with care and respect for the patient. And then there is Deanna! She is there to welcome you as soon as you walk through the door and she never fails to have a smile on her face. And don't worry if you are as forgetful as me of appointments made far in advance. Deanna has called every time the day before to make sure i'll be there. This team is truly awesome and to top it off, they're priced just right. I would have no problem recommending all of my family and friends to this place. Thank you guys for making this experience a good one for me!

Rude money grubber…read more I was planning to transfer from California after I moved here, and have already been in treatment for a year and 3 months. His office is over the top in kids decor (weird if you happen to not be a kid), his office staff is disorganized-throw away forms you've already filled out, and he's got about 6 signs on the wall that make reference to charging you for every little thing (not insignificant charges either). I had an irritating disagreement the very first time I walked in over them wanting to charge me $300 for records. I said no, then he didn't even want to see over a years worth of records from a previous doctor, and told me he was the only one in town who exclusively does the Damon bracket (alluding that I wouldn't find anyone else). When I went BACK for a consultation, he realized then that I have clear brackets in the front (who doesn't notice that?), and that he doesn't have replacement parts and would not order them if he broke them. THEN, told me he'd have me in braces for an additional 9 months when my previous release date was 3 months away, let alone what the additional cost would be. He was pretty rude about everything, and made no attempt to secure my business. There are other orthodontist's offices (ABC orthodontics) that will work with you, would actually like to see your other doctor's records, and will not nickel and dime you to death (on a larger scale). I. would. not.

It was on the higher end, cost-wise, compared to others in town but well worth it and it went well. I also got two very small cavities filled here. One cavity I had awhile and instead of getting worse, it stayed the same for multiple years until I finally decided to get it drilled and filled at Rubio Dental. Like the cleaning, the cost was a little higher than other local places. I also had another filling done to close a gap between an implant and a tooth that chipped, where food kept getting stuck. Unfortunately, I must say, however basic both of the fillings were, I had to have one of the two fillings redone at another dentists. The redo was in Asia. With this said, I'm not sure I'd recommend this clinic. It's hard finding a trustworthy clinic in Mexico. Maybe if I would have asked them to fix their work but I never bothered. It should be fine for simple stuff, I just don't have as much confidence in their work as I'd like. I must say, however, they didn't over-recommend treatment to line their pockets, like many American dentists have in my experience. I think your experience will vary. Very nice clinic, nice staff and atmosphere, I'm just disappointed they didn't do well enough on one filling and it had to be redone.

One star is more then this group deserves. I'm not speaking on the dentist themselves as I did not…read moremeet them or interact with them, on the other hand, the office staff... terrible! Receptionist with the blond coconut hair style saw us waiting for close to 30 minutes (after the scheduled appointment) and said nothing to us, knowing the drs were running another 15 minutes behind. After calling over another one of her coworkers, they began whispering among themselves, looking back and forth to us as if we didn't notice they were talking about us. They call over a younger gal with long brunette hair which appeared to be another type of receptionist and again, the looks, back and forth and whispers. Finally someone comes and talks to us, instead of about us, tells us she's sorry, the drs are running behind. We drove over 3 1/2 hours to wait close to 45 minutes, get nasty looks and side comments, all to get a 10 minute treatment done. DONT waste your time or money, -2 rating
