And I received a refund within a week or so as well and great that they are so prompt with billing which is unheard of from my experience I highly recommend this practice and oral surgeon.

When I first tried contacting them, they ignored my message through their web portal. 2. When I called, their receptionist didn't understand my insurance, told me wrong information and hung up. 3. (My primary dentist talked me back into trying them because of their history) so I contacted them to schedule, they forgot. 4. Finally I got my surgery on the books. Originally my dentist requested a certain treatment plan. I called and requested something different. Despite signing and telling the receptionist, assistant and doctor about the change, they still did the wrong surgery. And tried to bill me for it. 5. I was stuck then. My surgery was a 2-parter and I had to return to have it finished. 6. Sure they did it, but come to find out it was a sloppy procedure and I am left with problems with my bone. There was a suggestion to have them correct it, hell no! Others might have had a good experience but mine sucked.

Worst experience ever! I was experiencing tooth pain with nerve pain involved so I asked for an…read moreexamination. The receptionist said I should schedule a cleaning and that would include an x-ray and exam. They took the x-rays, the hygienist did the cleaning and told me the pain was due to a severe gingivitis. She called the doctor to make sure, and he took 5 minutes to glimpse at the x-rays and give a quick look at the tooth that was hurting. He didn't sit down to examine me carefully nor tap my teeth to find out what was the problem. He said my X-rays didn't show anything and it was the gingivitis. I went back home and after doing the rinses and flossing for a couple of weeks, my gums felt better but my tooth was still hurting and the nerve pain was getting worse. I called them back to have them checked me again, but the receptionist said I should give it a bit more time. I insisted on an appointment and went back. The doctor didn't see me but only the hygienist, and she quickly look at my tooth and said it was fine. It didn't seem right to me but I trusted her. She told me to come back in a week if it didn't improve. Well, that weekend and after 2 days since my last visit it didn't improve but got worse and was in excruciating pain. I developed an abscess due to an infection and had to find another doctor who I could trust. The new doctor told me I needed a root canal which I got immediately and was extremely painful due to the severe infection and abscess. If they had examined me properly I could had avoided all this and had the root canal done before it was so infected. Not to mention the nerve pain I had to endure thinking it was a bad gingivitis. Not to mention all the ibuprophen I had to take to bare the pain for weeks, and the strong antibiotics I was put on, which messed up my stomach.

I may be a bit late to this review. Hell, I don't know if Yelp was around in 2007? Either way,…read morelet's go back a few years. In the spring of 2007 my dentist in the Fredneck area recommended I have my remaining wisdom teeth removed and recommended Dr. Michael Will, who just so happen to have his office 3 miles from home. Bonus. I made my appointment and went for the consult. I don't remember this consult very much as having teeth pulled was pretty common for me. (Before I had braces I needed 10 [yes, ten] baby teeth pulled.) It was when I was lying in the chair and he finished discussing the teeth removal that my memory really kicks in. At the very end he asks me, "do you often wake up in the middle of the night and you're not breathing?" What?! Yes! How'd he know?? He goes on to tell me he has much more education than just oral surgery and goes into how looking in my nose he can tell I likely sleep poorly. Bingo. Nailed it on the head. Dr. Will could have told me about the procedure he'd like to do to improve my sleep, but he doesn't. That's the easy move and that's not him. To ensure my apnea is mechanical, versus neurological or some other version, he sends me to do a sleep study and and have more tests which take about 2-3 weeks. I don't mind this because one, I've never had surgery; it scares me and two, he's being thorough ensuring that his procedure will correct my problematic sleep. I eventually have the procedure and was thrilled. I remember laying down on the surgical table, then I have a vague memory of goofing off in a wheelchair, then I'm sitting on my neighbors couch and their kids are putting stickers all over my sweatshirt. Zero pain. None, only mild discomfort for about 4 days. On day 4 I go back to his office and Dr. Will proceeds to remove roughly 325 feet of gauze from my nostrils. (I may be exaggerating.) While it didn't hurt, it was certainly a VERY strange sensation having that much packed gauze pulled from your nose like a clown pulls scarfs from his sleeve. It's now 2019 and as he told me back in 2007, I may need the same surgery once again. I'm here leaving a note as I prep for the same surgery far away from Maryland. If I were still in the USA I'd 100% go back to Dr. Will for the work he performed.
