For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Jeff is honest, experienced and easy to work with and I highly recommend him and his company.

His defensive response to my concerns only reinforced my impression that he was more interested in the money and defending himself than resolving the problem for his customer. The difference with the new company I hired has been night and day. They were far more professional and actually fixed the leak for a fraction of what Sam quoted me. They also seemed genuinely interested in solving the problem rather than simply running up the bill. I rarely post reviews, but I felt this experience deserved an honest one.
