Just moved to boise so I decided it was time for a hair cut. I didn't need a new hair cut just someone to clean it up. and finding a new barber is like finding a new relationship. you just never know! I didn't want to go somewhere where it would cost me tons of money so i found this place. Mark owns his own business and it is located on the corner of his home. He is the only barber so it's probably best to make an appointment even though he does take walk ins. This place is cash only so keep that in mind. I have taken a picture of the most updated rates since there seems to be confusion around prices and what his yelp profile says. He said this was out dated and doesn't know his login to change it. So to help everyone out there you go. Overall for the price I paid, definitely worth. It was clean, fast, and nothing too fancy. This guy is worth for a simple stylish cut. I took my son here about a month ago. I called and was able to get in right away. On the phone I had mentioned it was our first time there. One of the main reasons I chose to come here was the $8 haircut for first timers. After the haircut was done, he told me that I owed $12. Not only was I getting charged more than the first time rate but also $2 more than the rate he advertises for all of his clients. I was a little confused and I guess it was my fault for not mentioning anything but I think if you're going to advertise those prices, you should honor them. Overall, he was great with my kids. I had to take my two year old triplets because I couldn't find a sitter that quickly. He gave them all suckers and put on a movie. He was fast and did a good job with the haircut. read more
