She has a lot of experience dealing with insurance issues, like social security and workmans comp. Dr Chopra their Pulmonary Specialist and Dr. Henjum their Cardiologist are amazingly knowledgeable and extremely Excellent doctors as, well ! Warning *****Warning******Warning…read more I recently hurt my knee and was taken to the ER. They put me in a full leg brace and told me I would need rehab or surgery. They also told me to follow up with Marshall Family Medicine, where my Primary Care Physician works. When I spoke to the office I told them My knee cap was in the wrong place and I needed their help, (this was not as painful as you would think, just very unstable and swollen) They told me they could bot see me for two months. Think if you are caring for elderly or children and they fall or are sick. Is two months acceptable? But they sure were nice!! In short, this is a great place unless you need medical care.

I've felt that other physicians that I've been to in the past are generally there as a referral service to specialists which means more time for and expense for me. He has set two broken wrists for me (they both healed beautifully) and I always felt that I was in good hands. I have recently moved to Sacramento but I will continue to drive up to see Dr. Kelada as my primary doctor. They did not cancel the lab orders even though I told them to cancel everything when I walked out. I had to have the lab override his order in order to send to my OB and my new family doctor. Now it came down to the annual check-up appointment that I found out they billed me for the annual check-up even though Kelada only checked my breathing and my stomach which costed me $280 that my insurance already paid. I have to call benefits to clarify the whole situation. I will NOT recommend this doctor. Bottom-line: if you lost your passion to respect and help people, just retired.
