I have suffered from gout for 40 years and seen many doctors. This was my first visit with Dr Mansour, and he was the first doctor to go into such detail about the mechanics of gout, and how to mitigate it through diet as opposed to just prescribing more drugs. Other doctors have cautioned me about avoiding certain foods, but he added so new ones and really took time to have a 2-way discussion. He's as good as they say he is. He cares. He does his homework on your medical history. I only saw him twice, but he successfully ruled out any rheumatological or autoimmune conditions that would explain my symptoms, and then, instead of just sending me on my way and wishing me luck, he went above and beyond and offered insight on other possible origins of my symptoms, and then put in their respective referrals. He definitely was a crucial help to me in my journey of getting to the bottom of my health issues. He's a good man and competent doctor. read more

I waited 7 months to see this doctor. (I did their covid pre check in the building, which is already a violation of my privacy). I'm not sick and haven't been sick. I was brought into the office and roomed to see the doctor. I was told by the MA they required me to wear a mask.  I refused. She got the office manager.  She was extremely rude.  I informed her she was violation of California civic code 51 and discriminating against me for my health and well being.  She told me they required me to wear a mask (any mask...how dumb is that!!!)...again...they are not  wearing N95's...nor did they offer me an N95. The office manager stated she represented the dr. He refused to see me if I did not wear a mask, any mask.  This is new, I waited 7 months for this!?  This doctor and his office discriminated against me because I refused to wear a mask, (the same one they were wearing which protects no one, you know the cute ones, not N95's...)Total hypocrosy!!!  He is a doctor?!!! No thank you!  I do not trust someone like this.  He knows better!!!  Think about it!  They had zero respect for my health or concerns!!!  If they want to wear a mask that does not protect me or them and I show up, that means we are all good with it , right?!  Nope, got thrown out for not dressing like them....sounds like jr. high all over again.  I am going to bully you into submission or usurp my authority and just throw you out!  This masking is a lie from the pit of hell.  Not about my health or anyone else's.  Total hypocrisy! Do not patronize businesses like this!!! (You foster your own restriction of personal choice and freedom.) I do not need to cloud my thinking with a mask that restricts oxygen flow to my brain immediately...not doing it for 1 minute or 30 minutes...this office is already brain dead from all the hours of mask wearing...clearly evident. It is a shame that the medical field is a one who pushes wearing a mask the most, but, they are the same ones pushing vaccines and medications to line their own pockets. It is a shame that this office is being used as an instrument of discrimination and bullying...a violation of their own internal code of ethics!!! (The way I was treated is a fireable offense!!!) Yes, I read them.   It's my body, my choice as to whether or not I want to wear a mask, right?!  Nope, they saw fit to throw me put because I refused.  But, its my body and choice when it comes to abortion, right?!  I am confused.  Is it my body all the time or just some of the time? Shame on these people for pushing their belief on to someone else. I was happy to go in there and been seen until I felt the sting of discrimination and being treated like a disease bag.  Bottom line.  These people are little hitlers. This is not the spirit of El Dorado county.  The office manager was very rude to me and the doctor would even talk to me. If this is the way they wanted treat their patients, I would NEVER SEE a doctor like this nor would I want anything to do with an office that acts like this.  This includes the Marshall Hospital Network.  I guess they forgot which county they are in.  We do not bully, discriminate or push ourselves on you.  We are happy, rural and free.  Either fit in or leave!!! read more

This is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. Not only is he up to date and knowledgeable with all the latest medical studies and news in arthritis. I was told by 3 different doctors that it was time for me to see a rheumatologist due to my pain and other testing coming back negative. I had a referral sent over to Mansour's office. When calling to schedule, I was told by the receptionist that he looked at my records and said he is not able to help me and there is no evidence that I need to see a rheumatologist. He sent my referral back to my doctor. Thank you for the terrible first impression and NOT being a helpful or caring doctor when I explained how much pain I am in daily. So happy to have found Dr. Mansour! I was extremely unhappy with my prior Rheumatologist office and finally switched to Dr. Mansour despite it being almost an hour drive for me. I have only seen him once and I am already so pleased with the decision. The office staff has been very helpful and friendly and the paperwork I filled out prior to my visit was more information than I've ever had to give a dr.'s office (I say this as a positive because they actually care to know about what you're going through and your history). I did have to wait a good amount of time for my appointment because the Dr was running behind but I could hear Dr. Mansour speaking to another patient in the next room so I wasn't bothered at all because he was simply being attentive. I was shown the same courtesy when he came in to my room. He was very thorough, honest, and answered all my questions. He also had alternative suggestions for pain management other than pills which I appreciated. He is exactly what you need when living with Rheumatoid arthritis, a doctor who cares and shows empathy but is also honest about his advice and treatments. I only wish I would've started seeing him from the beginning! read more
