I called him over the weekend and left a voicemail. He called me as soon as possible and when I missed his call, he made sure to reach me another way to make sure we connected- even though he was clearly sick. He took his time to make sure I knew what was and was not being covered and walked me through my policy. He's very easy to work with and was incredibly informative. I highly recommend using Brad for your insurance. Not only is he professional and kind, he's also efficient and communicates well what needs to be done to take care of your policies and ensure everything is taken care of.

Initially we started with Brad when we were needing someone to insure an older home for a purchase…read more I believe he was recommended to us from our mortgage broker. He helped us through that process and made the deal happen. We appreciated that. Five years later my husband and I noticed our insurance cost on our home more than doubled to an astronomical amount. Unfortunately, Brad's agency didn't catch it and our mortgage went up significantly for much longer than we would have liked. When we brought it to Brad's attention, he said it was on his assistants desk and somehow slipped through the cracks. Unfortunate, the rate remained astronomical though the next year as it wasn't caught. This was a major difference in rate and payment for us and luckily we could afford the increase, but it would have been devastating to some families as our mortgage payment went up significantly. Brad renewed our policy last year at a better rate, but not great. We knew we wanted to switch this year due to the lack of attention on our policy, lack of follow through, and lack of watching out for our best interest. We informed Brad in August that we would be canceling our policy and moving on. We asked him to cancel for us. He did not follow through with this and we only found out when our mortgage company called to let us know we had paid both the old and new policy out of our escrow and that they would need to be reimbursed by the cancelled policy owner. Ultimately, we were responsible for returning the funds that we had paid unnecessarily, or our mortgage would again go up and be stuck like that until next renewal date. We contacted Brad multiple times and received no assistance. We finally sent a somewhat stern email and received an email back basically telling us to handle it ourselves. Very disappointing, but not surprising given how he treated us in the past. It's now mid October and we finally stopped listening to his empty promises and took the liberty of calling the carrier he brokers for ourselves and had the policy finally cancelled and a check in route within an hour of our first phone call to them. They mentioned it had been grossly mishandled. I've never left a negative Yelp review before, but felt this experience was important to share so others can avoid it if possible. It could have been financially devastating to some. Very unfortunate. Please be careful.
