They would have to mail a cancellation form for me to sign & said they would request a refund, but probably would NOT get one. This is a sneaky underhanded company out to get your money no matter what. They don't want to cancel the policy & won't refund the money they are actually stealing from me. I was paying too much, so called for the advertised $2008.10 renewal premium advertised in the personalized letter with a photo of my property included. When I called, it cost me 20 minutes of my life, for the quote to come back at over $14,000 - far higher than my current policy. This was nothing but a pure bait-and-switch fraud and it's not possible that their letter was based in reality given what they said the real numbers were. They also didn't state anywhere on the letter that they were solely an Allstate agency, or that they had anything to do with Allstate. Had it said so, I wouldn't have bothered calling at all. Total hoax all around.
