Today, I need a quote for a simple renter's insurance policy for my mother in the retirement home. Jay said he was sending my request to underwriting 5 days ago. He hasn't responded to emails for an update. I called an insurance company I don't like and got a quote over the phone. It is sad to think that CIA wants to have a customer calling their competition, but that is where I am at, calling around to get some renter's insurance for my mom.
