Over the past year, I've been passed between three different surgery coordinators, all of whom have mysteriously stopped working there. Communication has become nearly impossible, and it's incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone when you need help. The surgeons themselves are excellent, and I'm happy with my surgical results. Unfortunately, the patient experience no longer matches the quality of the surgeons. If you're looking for responsive communication and consistent support throughout the process, this may not be the right practice. The surgical work is great, but the overall experience is no longer worth the cost or frustration.

Arrived at the office and was told that the doctor and the nurse I was scheduled to see had left for the day because the front desk couldn't reach me to tell me about their safety protocol (remember the nice lady in the lobby?). So they just left before my appointment. I cleared my calendar and drove 50 minutes to this appointment in a busy, unfamiliar city to be told no one was there to meet with me. The appointment was a Mother's Day gift. I'm disappointed and I feel the business was unprofessional.

I was then spoken to in a condescending, dismissive manner throughout the consultation, as though I had no education or ability to understand what was being discussed. I was also double charged and had to point it out before leaving. Between the disrespect, the lack of professionalism, and the way I was treated from start to finish, this was by far the worst cosmetic consultation I've ever had. I left feeling degraded, and I will not be returning. I'll be sharing my experience with others.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Scanland for the skill and talent she has and the results that I ended up with were beyond my expectations! Have you ever felt like a different person inside than what everyone else sees? Ever been told (by a friend) that you look deformed? These were experiences I had after a 3-year battle and losing 120 lbs.! I had skin in folds and felt ugly all the time! Dr. Scanland changed that! I interviewed several other doctors and when meeting with Dr. Scanland I felt totally comfortable! She had a feminine point of view and was very specific and confident in the results we could achieve; and boy did she deliver!!!! At three months post-surgery I was in a bikini for the first time in my adult life. A year post surgery and I couldn't be happier. I can do things I wanted to do before but was too self-conscious to do or just physically unable to do so because of the shape/size I was. I can exercise now and don't flop around trying to do a jumping jack! lol. I have never regretted my decision to undergo a Tummy Tuck. I finally feel like the REAL ME: the person I always felt I was underneath all the extra weight and then floppy skin! I look forward to my next experience with Dr. Scanland and her amazing team! As far as the 24 hour call center for them I spoke with a very rude lady on the phone when I was in pain at 2:30 in the morning and I won't name her but I was at ease when I drove to the office to see dr. Nease the next day who spoke with me and checked me out post op. thank You so much dr. Nease and his nurses! You made my experience so much better!

I had googled the top plastic surgeons in Chattanooga, and he was listed as one of the top 3, which is why I had chosen him. If I had known how they were going to look afterwards, I would've just skipped the procedure altogether. I went to another plastic surgeon for consultation today, and he confirmed all of the mistakes that I felt Dr. Rehm had made. It is going to cost me double to have them fixed. I definitely would not recommend going to Dr. Rehm for breast augmentation surgery!

The staff at the front desk, excluding Lucretia, were very sharp tongued and no help at all. I realize in this situations that there are many factors at play when scheduling . I had a specific conversation with Dr Castrilli in which he said he would happily take me as a patient in his new practice . The staff at Hayes Hand spoke to me as if it was my problem and made me feel that they're frustration with the situation which is totally unprofessional . My last conversation with Dr castelli was mid December of last year when I was diagnosed with the flu . He Telehealth me and sent in antibiotics . This is when we had our conversation . As I further investigated it turns out his office didn't even request my medical records . I actually went by and signed a release form , gave them my insurance cards , and when I went back to check with them , still got an attitude from the front desk . They blamed everything on his former office and refused to give me a clear answer other than he's gone from 5,000 to 300 patients which means he cannot accept everyone . I have a chronic illness that Dr. Castrilli has been trading me for since 2017 when my original doctor became a hospitalist . This experience has been hurtful and the staff at the front and the nurse who said maybe I should find a new doctor after a conversation with Lucretia, could definitely use some lessons in bedside manner . Such an unfortunate situation that I took Dr. Castrilli at his word and then had to deal with Attitude from his staff. Obviously with no concern for my current problem.
