I was so impressed with the care I received at the Derm Center. I saw Autumn Newman, NP. She was thorough and patient with all my questions and made sure I was educated on various treatment plans. It was also really nice because their office also has Botox and microneedling! The office was clean and there was coffee and water in the waiting room, and I didn't have to wait long for my appt. I followed my NP Emily Brewer over to this new practice from another office and absolutely love the space. Front desk is great, which is something you don't always find around here. I did wait a little longer than usual to see Emily, but the amount of time she spent in the room with me was much longer than the other office allowed her with clients. The space is clean, modern and welcoming. If you're looking for a dermatologist that listens and is a joy to see, highly recommend trying The Derm Center. read more

came here 11/2023. had a good experience but upon receiving my eob realized was overcharged my copay. When I reached out instead of correcting their mistake, they sent me through hoops and hurdles and tried to act like they couldn't find my payment. TYJ I always pay with a card and keep a record. There are so many nice dermatologists in Chattanooga, please find another one! One that does attempt to take advantage or discriminate. the lack of professionalism is astounding.if you go DO NOT LET THEM OVERCHARGE YOU! read more
