I am shocked and saddened about the poor business practices at Thrive Wellness…read more Thrive is now open only three days a week (which makes it difficult to book an appointment), and they would not honor their January 2025 special that I paid for (50 units Botox and a facial for $500) after 30 days (I tried booking my facial on February 25th and was told by Heather that they no longer have the materials to honor a free facial). I really liked Jodi, and was planning to come back to Thrive even though the front staff is extremely rude. I've left a message for Jodi to call me back to discuss (as I've just learned she is the owner), I hope she calls and I can change this review to a positive one. With all of the Med-Spa competition in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas, one would think Thrive would want to keep a loyal customer of 2 years. So very disappointing.

I felt very informed and prepared for my appointment and was given a sheet of info for aftercare so I knew how to help it heal after treatment and how to prepare for my following sessions. My face was a little red after but no more than a small sunburn. Results are in process. I should look like Cindy Crawford by next week. Lol. I also had an IV with special additives to help with fatigue and general all over well being. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the procedures she performs and the ingredients of her products. Great service and very professional I will definitely be visiting her often.

I visited Sharon the esthetician when I first got back from LA after traveling for work for 7 months and I found her via yelp with her wonderful reviews. I'm so glad I did. I have been battling some acne scars and some hormonal acne for sometime and Sharon did an amazing job on me, and I've seen so much progress in the last month. I have visited nice salons in Los Angeles, atlanta, San Francisco, and many other nice areas but no one has made my skin look and feel like Sharon has. Like I said this was my 2nd time seeing her, a month after my first visit, and I truly could see so much progress. She taught me to not touch my face which I knew but always forgot, she taught me to roll my face with a ice bottle to help with inflammation, and also foods to eat and those to avoid. What makes Sharon so special is that she remembered me, and what I had to talk to about from our last visit. She asked how my new job was, how the weddings I attended were, and she's just overall such a kind person, with amazing skills. I honestly could not recommend this place enough. The establishment is very clean and always smells amazing. Today it was lemongrass. I honestly get so exciting every time I get to come here. See ya in a month Sharon! Thanks for making me look and feel beautiful. Also, lastly, she's very accommodating with scheduling and always gets right back to ya. That's a huge win in my book!
