Our lighting tech, who had been with us for a long time, moved out of state. In two previous shows we 'blew' through three lighting techs and were not pleased with the results. We were given a recommend to Tri-State from our original lighting tech and we were thrilled. On very late notice and lots of special rules about the space, Sean, Jackson and Dean at Tri-State came through with a lighting design, a lighting hang and full programming in time for dress rehearsal. They were reliable, kept in communication with us, and on time for all the shows. We have already signed them on for our Fall show in that same space and asked if they would include a sound tech for us. We feel we have found a team to work with going forward.

I told him is scaring the children, and he needs to stop. As I walked away one of the three girls who he was yelling at overheard him say F*** you to me when my back was turned. They are 11 and 12 years old! The student came and told me right away. Also a few teachers, myself and students were waiting to take a picture, as soon as the clock struck 8:30 (when the dance ended) he squeezes in front of us and turned everything off and did not allow us to take any more photos.
