Had to go back and have them reprinted and because they were busy with clients I waited a long time. Ended up having them mailed to my house on their dime. Photographer asked if baby could sit on her own and I said not really. We tried anyway.. after one photo, baby fell back and hit her head so now she was upset for a few minutes, took about 3-5 mins for her to feel better. I take full responsibility for her falling because I wasn't close enough to catch her, but once she fell photographer sighed and I felt rushed to hurry up and get the next picture in. I understand she has other photo shoots to do, but for the amount of money we paid. You'd think she'd give us a few minutes for my baby to get into a better mood and for her eyes to get less puffy. You could tell she was just there to make her quick money and that's it, didn't care if baby was alright. When we were reviewing photos, the exposure was crazy bright or too dark. Definitely not worth it! I highly suggest getting pictures taken by a local photographer or a more professional spot. Don't waste your money here.

When I called to make the appt Marwah answered the phone, I had a lot of questions and she took her time and answered them all. I explained to her why I would be bringing my friends little girl in and Marwah made me feel confident that she would have fun and her mind would be off her mom for a little while. We met Marwah when we arrived and I was happy to find out she was the one who would be taking the pictures. The little girl was shy at first but Marwah helped put her at ease in front of the camera. We had a absolute blast!!!! My friends daughters face started to light up and Marwah and I had fun having her do different poses. When we looked at the pictures after the photo shoot I couldn't believe my eyes, and either could the little girl!!! Every picture came out beyond amazing, she looked like a little model!!! We decided on a few and bought a frame and a gift bag and brought it straight to the hospital to give to her mom as a get well gift. When my friend opened the gift she cried!!!! Marwah is warm,kind and patient. She is a huge asset to Picture People!!! I grew up in Bergen County but now live 1 hour west, I know there are a ton of places closer to me but I will be taking the ride to Paramus in the next few weeks so I can have Marwah photograph my son!!! That was one on my worst photos which I advised her of while reviewing them. (My feedback DID NOT matter) I arrived with 3 pages of poses because they use standard poses for every couple and less than half were used. (My fault for not insisting) I use to love the experience of a photo shoot until this last experience at Picture People. She was paint with my kids and helped guide them nicely. They had a few backdrops that I just loved. I especially love the rustic wood backdrop and wooden floors. We were nervous, but she calmed all our nerves. Our baby is not normally fussy, but during these photos she was crying and fussing constantly! Stephanie did not let this phase her at all- she was calm and patient with us as new parents, and her fussiness! She even let us pause to give the baby a bottle and soothe her, so we could continue with pictures. Stephanie stayed extra hours beyond closing to ensure we got the best pictures and made our selections for prints.
