A complete disappointment, I don't know where to begin. Here's a list of various issues, in no particular order. My wife and I did not know until we showed up to the venue that our DJ had been changed out. We were told "he's no longer with the company." but apparently they didn't think enough to let us know until we were getting ready to walk down the aisle. Coming into the reception, my last name was not only mispronounced but butchered, I had to actually tell the DJ to redo our entrance because it was so embarrassing.
I was mic'd up for the ceremony thinking how great that was, come to find out when we got the wedding video, my wife wasn't mic'd up. Which made no difference because despite my mic you couldn't hear anything I was saying. Speaking of the video this is the biggest problem.
Our video was HORRENDOUS, blurry, shaky shots, shots out of focus. There's shots for what feels like forever of my calves, close ups of backs of heads. When I say the video is bad, to put it in context, my wife and I have only watched it once, we won't watch it again. We tell family & friends we can't locate it since we've moved. The ceremony portion is out of focus, you can't hear anything we say most of it. The reception shots look like the cameraman fell asleep half the time.
We reached out to "Izzy" with our concerns and were told they could recut it, I'm not sure how he could recut it. If this is clearly what they thought was best I could only imagine what was cut. It's not the editing that sucked, it was clearly horrible shots and camera work. We were told before the wedding we'd receive the video and all the raw footage. I hoped I could salvage some decent clips at least. It's over a year and a half we haven't received our raw footage. Izzy told us we'd receive an upgraded album for the issues with the DJ butchering my name, again, a year and a half haven't received anything.
I implore anyone considering this place to think twice. I loved how they were so insistent on getting my wife and I on camera saying how great it was towards the end of the reception, exhausted and many drinks in, I completely regret that given what I saw in their video and customer service. read more
