Loan processor doesn't know how to read bank statements and keep questioning a credit that she thought was a debt. I had a hard time making the processor understand. Then they changed their tune and said ' we need to know this so we now you are not laundering money' . The highest credit was $68. If I was laundering money I wouldn't need a home refinance. They come up with some 'problem' everyday. A lot don't make sense. I have refinanced and had a home loan couple of times before and never had a bunch of issues that weren't issues and the lack of training is a whole other story. Don't use go with someone else. And if you live on East coast expect late phone calls.
