The specialist tried to collaborate with my Eastside OB and did not have calls returned. I personally asked my provider to collaborate with the specialist and she flat out said no, she is too busy, and asked me medical questions instead. It was bizarre and unprofessional. Provider also told me they as a clinic do not like to collaborate with Evergreen MFM ever since those providers stopped doing the OB role. Again, bizarre and unprofessional.

I had a hysterectomy in 2021 that left me with a bunch of medical ptsd and many side effects post op that I still experience to this day. I was excited to see so many positive reviews for an obgyn. Thinking to myself maybe I will finally find a doctor who isn't dismissive and actually wants to help me. I was losing my hair, having mood swings, in a span of 1 year I had 5 UTIs and never had a history of having them ever before my hysterectomy. I had joint pain amongst a few other things. So she saw me and claimed that birth control was to be the best option. Took it, didn't work. Contacted her again months later with now ongoing bloating and cramping more often than usual. Did an ultrasound and found my ovaries are the size of someone who is postmenopausal. I'm 37 and was told my hormones shouldn't change much after my hysterectomy. She did a "hormone check" of only my fsh, estrogen, cortisol. All according to her "came back normal". She was "sorry" and passed me on to a naturopath. I know when something is off in my body and I have not felt the same since my hysterectomy. I know she didn't perform the surgery, but I came to this doctor out of complete despair because I have 2 children at home and a husband like many do. I have people who depend on me. I deal with these things that bother me on a daily basis. I am active, I eat right, I have tried supplements. Nothing helped me. To be dismissed in the way that she did knowing what I had been through was not only hurtful, but made me feel despair all over again. Doctors are meant to help patients figure out the problem and treat them.. to investigate. Not be dismissive if they don't find an answer right away after one single blood test. Naturopath doctors aren't cheap, and I really was relying on Dr.Dvorak to help me because of her reputation. I feel absolutely dismissed/neglected and stuck exactly where I was to begin with. If you are having issues that don't have a simple answer and want a doctor who is willing to keep helping and looking until you feel better... You know, what doctors are SUPPOSED to do... don't come here. I hope she reads this and knows how much it hurts living like this every day. Left to figure it out myself. I guess this is the new normal here in American medical care.

I genuinely feel like she wants me to be living my best life and can give me practical ways to get there. I struggle with anxiety and depression and after we tried a few medication strategies, she referred me to a psychiatrist. I really appreciated that she was willing to try a few things on me, but wasn't too proud to refer me to a specialist once things weren't working as planned. I have also had a few anxiety-related symptoms and felt like she handled them delicately and in a way that could help relieve this anxiety. I also really like the online portal. When something small comes up that I am concerned about, I am always able to get a quick answer- whether it's advice, prescriptions, or a visit scheduled. I also like being able to see our appointment notes easily. I definitely feel like she is my advocate. If something makes me uncomfortable or anxious she always has another suggestion or a way to make things better. With my physical exams, I feel really at ease. She is gentle and continues to check in with me and provide me with information. I like how she provides suggestions as we go and lets me know areas that I am healthy and areas to watch. I feel like we never miss anything and that I can be very honest with her about my physical and mental health.

When I called in on 6/6/18, one day after 6/5/18, when I communicated I would call, I was informed a termination of care letter had been sent out earlier in the week. The doctor "lost confidence" in her doctor patient relationship. Sounds like there are some underlying insecurities on her end. I certainly feel this situation is unfortunate, but what shocked me the most, is the doctor was available, as I heard her talking in the background, and she would not get on the phone to discuss personally. What arrogance!! Also, upgrade or learn newer technology. Patients currently have to write or transcribe their test data/results because this office does not have the capability to download tests off of a glucometer. How archaic. Make it easier for the patients, you are in a service business.

My electrolytes were so mismanaged I ended up in ICU. A social worker tried to bribe me to have a counselor visit me I said it wasn't necessary she sent her in anyway. Discharge transition was horrible one problem after another. My last visit with my Gynoc in the office was the most painful pelvic I've ever had apparently he knew I wasn't going to stay at his practice or cancer facility.
