    Quesabirria

This place is fantastic, it has one of the largest menus with foods meant for everyone whether they like seafood or not. The aesthetic is fun, and the service is very welcoming. Our server Maya was very kind and helpful!

We were in the area for a youth soccer tournament and wanted to get some good Mexican food. A Google search gave us Mariscos Uruapan and since the reviews looked good we decided to try it. They have a huge menu. We both had the quesobirria tacos because lately that is our obsession. They were excellent ! The shredded beef was tender and the consommé very flavorful. We got 3 tacos and they were served with limes, diced red onions, radishes and cucumbers. Honestly, we could've shared the meal. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has the cutest decorations too. Overall, it was an excellent experience and meal.

We met up with friends before going to the Vintage Theater across the street for a play. Perfect location for this activity. There is plenty of parking and ample seating inside the restaurant. We were welcomed in and seated right away. Our server did a great job. I love Chile Rellenos. I got the soft relleno plate. It had rice, beans and a mixture of lettuce, tomato and radish. The chips and salsa were tasty. I think this will become a thing to meet for lunch before a matinee.

I'm on the hunt for the best tacos In denver! This place is pretty cool very authentic food surprisingly was on the pricier side but it was definitely good. Really solid flavor in everything! Ended up getting al pastor and carne asada tacos and birria y consome. Left happy and full that's all you can ask for! Until the next #tacotuesday

This place is definitely worth visiting! The horchata is definitely unique with a nice creamy but sweet (not too sweet) taste. The serive is very friendly always checking up if we needed anything and made sure we were happy with the meal. One of the best things about this restaurant is its variety of dishes! From molcajetes to steak dishes to sea food dishes , stuffed pineapples and chicken. It really is hard to just decide on one but it is very well served with just the right sides (not just beans and rice).

A lot of places popped up, but this Mexican restaurant really stood out -- great reviews and the food pictures looked amazing. It's about 13 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient. From the outside, it looks small, but once you walk in, it's surprisingly spacious. We were seated immediately, and our server was absolutely phenomenal -- so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. For an appetizer, we ordered the queso fundido with chorizo (you can choose corn or flour tortillas). This is one of my favorite dishes to get at any Mexican restaurant if they offer it, and this one did not disappoint. The cheese was perfectly melty and stretchy, and the chorizo had great flavor that paired so well with it. Wrapping that cheesy, savory goodness in a warm tortilla? So good. For my main dish, I ordered the quesabirria -- corn tortillas filled with birria and cheese, fried crispy, and served with consommé for dipping. It was decent, but I will say it didn't have quite as much flavor as I'm used to with quesabirria. Still enjoyable, just could've used a bit more seasoning. The beans were actually delicious and full of flavor, but the rice was a little bland and could've used some salt. Overall, the service was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and even though it was busy, everything came out in a timely manner. The prices were also very reasonable -- definitely not expensive for the quality and portions. I would absolutely come back to try other dishes. With just a little more seasoning in some areas, it would easily be a five-star spot for me!

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We were told our total was $32, but when I paid with a card, the final charge came to $34.93. When I asked why the amount was different, I was told it was because I paid with a card. I understand that taxes and fees may apply, but customers should be told the full amount before being charged. What bothered me the most was the attitude. When I politely asked for clarification, the person cooking responded in a rude and arrogant way, saying, "You know that in the United States you have to pay sales tax." I wasn't questioning whether sales tax exists, I was simply asking why the amount I was quoted was different from the amount I was charged. I also noticed that my receipt showed a Denver sales tax rate of 9.15%, even though the food truck was located in Aurora on Hampden, which added to the confusion. The food is excellent, but the customer service and lack of clear communication left a negative impression. I would return for the food, but I hope they work on treating customers with more respect and explaining charges more clearly.
