Preparation and wait time was about 30 minutes. We opted to dine in the covered outdoor patio. What a fantastic meal. It was enough food easily for 4-6 people with hearty appetites. The fish was beautifully prepared and came garnished with sliced red onions on a big platter. You just dive in and grab your fish with fingers, forks, spoons or tortillas. It was perfectly seasoned, not fishy...a mild flavored fish similar to red snapper or bass. It came with the head too that has pockets of meat.
