Terrible I can't believe they fell off this much!!!

My friend recommended me this place saying they have good ceviche. I ordered through Grubhub and was able to pick up right away. We ordered two kinds of ceviche and some tacos. Everything was well packaged and clean. The order also comes with some really tasty fresh tortilla chips. The ceviche we ordered were De Aguachile and Tostada Mixta Trio of Ceviche. The seafood tasted fresh and full of flavorful. The tacos were great too! They have a lot of different kind of salsa. We took our meal to eat at the beach and had a very relax social distancing dinner. I'm surprise that this place doesn't have more reviews since their food were really good. I definitely would come back again and support this local small business!

    Machete, basically a footlong taco
    hugh f.

Went here for the first time in ages. Saw a table get a couple machetes and just looked at the server and asked WTF is that? Asked what was in it and he told me whatever you want, but usually it's a protein w lettuce, cheese and salsa. I added beans. With some pickled red onions and some avocado this woulda been legendary. Can split this 4 ways as an app!!' I strained to eat half. Damn good dish

Might be my favorite place for tacos! I'm super picky but this place hits! Their Mulitas are good too!!

Had their mixed ceviche, tastes great and came with lots of different spices. Staff was nice and I liked the outdoor seating.

Who wants hair in there salsa? ... this is just plain gross.

Picture sums up my experience. Also the food is too pricey. My quesadilla was $10 and they forgot my rice and beans.. not worth it. Want hair in your salsa? This is the place.

This is a little hidden gem that we found one day just driving by. Their food is absolutely amazing and they get extremely crowded. I love that a lot of locals come here and they go above and beyond to provide you with an excellent service. There's a few pics of some of the items that we got and we absolutely enjoyed them. I go here regularly now and highly recommend this place to everyone.

"consome de res" which is definitely not consome de res.

food was okay. but that's about it. placed an order online through their own website. 2 birria tacos, a cabesa taco, and a consome de res. figured i could dip my birria tacos in the consome and then eat the consome tomorrow for lunch. get to the restaurant a few minutes after the time it said the order would be ready. despite the restaurant having confirmed my order, the ticket was still attached to the register with 3 or 4 others. the lady at the register had an "uh oh" face and said they were finishing it up and it would be 5 more minutes. then she told me they didn't have birria. i opted for carnitas instead, and despite the price difference (birria having been a few dollars more expensive) there was no refund of the difference. whatever, it's not that big of a deal. what was a big deal is the 5 minutes came and went. then 10. then 15. 33 minutes later, as i was about to ask to just cancel my order and refund me, my food was finally ready. i get home and start to eat. the tacos were relatively okay. not bad, not great. just whatever. however, the consome de res was... definitely not consome de res. it appeared (and tasted) like they boiled some water and then quickly tossed in some boned with a little bit of chewy beef still on them, some carrots, some lettuce, some cilantro, some potatoes, a small piece of corn on the cob, and some oil. the broth literally tasted like water and had no flavor at all. the meat that was on the bone was chewy and sparse. the corn was still mostly raw and tough. whatever this was had obviously been thrown together super quick and probably what ended up taking 33 minutes. if you want to go here, expect your order to be wrong, missing stuff, or not made.

EXCELENTE MEJOR MENUDO QUE EH TENIDO. La cocinera se merece un 10.

Inside is spacious. Loved the Aqua colored glass chandelier. They have a great cocktail menu! I wish I had time to enjoy a drink because they looked good when I saw a waiter delivering drinks to other tables. Our server, Abbie, was gracious and friendly. She was attentive to us and to all her other tables. Never skipped a beat on what part of the meal her customers were at (ordering, mid-meal, refills, dessert, paying, etc.) We ordered: A bowl of clam chowder - creamy and flavorful. Good amount of clams. A side salad - my hubby and I couldn't agree on dressing so Abbie brought both for us on the side. 3-piece fish and chips - crispy fish batter, not too thick. It's mahi-mahi so it's meatier than the typical cod. Fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Doused all of this goodness with their malt vinegar. We recommended this place to the other water polo families. Hopefully they stopped by too. I will definitely return! Thank you.

Also very much chatting with each other and even when making eye contact with servers for assistance was ignored. Food wise order the dozen oyster chef choice, grill cheese, chowder fries, ahi and lobster taco Dozen oyster there were 3 types all on the brinier side with the final ones more brinier than others and accompany with ginger 2 types of chili sauce and pickle red onion Chowder fries a bit on the salty side with some bites but had a nice chowder and fries ratio With little heat from the Fresno chili that were garnished Tacos were served with in a blue corn tortilla, for $6 each on the smaller side like a street taco and flavors wise pretty basic, didn't stand out very much Grill cheese with 4 pieces very buttery toast nice crunch and gooey melty cheeses Overall pretty decent food but wasn't impress with the service and though short handed, there wasn't a sense of urgency to assist, minimal acknowledgment, and wasn't checked back on after food was dropped off as others were being asked around us Also noticed in their food kitchen window as dishes were waiting to be picked up there was a plate of burger and fries and someone from the kitchen twice with barehand taking bunches of fries from a already prepare plate to be delivered.
