Can't say enough good stuff about Mario. Been using him for years and years now after hearing about him through a friend. Anytime we have an issue, usually after a long rainy season, everytime I've given Mario a call he always has time to fit me into his busy schedule. We recently had to give him a call because part roof was falling apart after some crazy rain, lots of water damage, and Mario & his crew fixed the entire thing in just 2 days even checking other parts of the roof and securing loose tiles for free. Mario is an ultimate professional, always makes sure the work is done right and will try his best even if it's finding tiles that are no longer available, he knows where to find them. I had another roofer do a bad job a couple years back and Mario fixed the issue and is a very honest business man. His prices are more than fair for the quality of work he does and I have even recommended him to the rest of my family and friends as well. So got a leak in my roof. Water just kept coming down since it rained on Saturday afternoon.... anyways So I been shopping around all afternoon for someone who can help us out here and I found these guys by word of mouth. Anthony answered our call and made sure we were taken care of. They came and inspected my ceiling and proceeded to get on my roof. He found the problem was caused by a broken plywood within the roof shingles... yikes! I gave him the green light to begin work as soon as they could. He gave me an estimate and had let me know that he will be back in three days. He came and did his thing. Took 2 days to fix the problem (weather was permitting, so happy) It is now a day later and my roof looks good as new! No more leaking roof! I'm so relieved. Outstanding Experience!! If you have any roofing issues or problems this is the only company you will want to call! Great father and son team, with 30 years of experience and results. My 89-year-old mother's home had a major roof leak in the kitchen area. She asked me to get 3 quotes for the repair. Doing proper due diligence I selected 4 companies. All highly rated and reviewed. Unlike the other 3 companies, Mario's Roofing was the only one that located the actual problem and source of the damage. Mario did not try to sell or upgrade us on things we did not need. He was the only provider who went on our roof for more than an hour checking the complete structure. The other 3 companies all had different solutions to the problem. All of them seemed to want to do "extra" work that would've made the final repair much greater than needed to be costing upwards of thousands of dollars, one other roofing company even suggested a brand new roof!! I've been using Mario as my roofer for several years now on multiple jobs from patch ups to whole new roofing systems. I've never had a leak with him and he really knows his stuff. He's responsive, hard working, and always helpful. I highly recommend his services. I'm a general contractor that builds custom homes and use him for roofing on the homes and also for any issues I have on my own roof. I've passed his number to my friends and he shows up and takes care of the job for a good price. I'm not sure about the other review on here and I find it odd they use the word "scumbags" to describe Mario and his son Tony. It's not right. I was referred to Mario by my painter. He said he always refers Mario when roof repairs are needed. He said he is the best. We needed a new roof. Our roof was original shake from 1966. Mario gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He was busy so we had to wait about three weeks, but it was worth it. We had a lot of termite damage on all of the fascia boards and roof starter boards around the entire house. He and his crew replaced all of that. It took them about two weeks start to finish to do the woodwork and the roof install. The city inspector complemented him on the work quality. We are very pleased with how it turned out. The roof is beautiful. Mario and his men are very hard workers and very personable. I highly recommend them. read more

I was referred to Mario by a roofing supply company. After the downpour we received in December, my roof had a bad leak over my daughters room. I contacted Mario and he came to take a look. He found the leak within minutes and fixed it right at a very reasonable price. He took pictures to show me the problem areas and made the repair in a couple of hours. Mario and his son came out on short notice to inspect my roof before the upcoming rain. I had contacted other roofers earlier in the day but they were too busy to come out and inspect my roof. Mario did a quick inspection and quoted me a very reasonable and fair price for the roof inspection and repairing what they found during the initial inspection. They applied some new underlay to a few areas on my roof and replaced/reset numerous loose tiles. During the initial inspection they noticed more roof tiles that were loose/out of place. Even though they did more work than the initial inspection identified, they never increased the initially quoted price. Mario explained to me on the phone before he visited my house that he was unlicensed. When he arrived at my house both Mario and his son explained again that they were unlicensed. I am not a roofing expert, but from what they explained to me about the repairs that were made, and they showed me the underlay material that was used, the repairs seem to be quality. I guess time will tell after the raining season. I will definitely contact Mario Roofing again for my next roofing inspection and repairs. I even recommended Mario Roofing to my neighbor. read more

I was looking around for a good private knowledgeable roofer. A friend told me she had just had one do some work for her, however did not know the quality of Mario Saucedo Meza's work, since the lady that referred him to her, also did not know his workmanship or business ethics. Mr. Saucedo Meza, came to my home after several phone calls to inspect the repair area. He brought his son with him. He couldn't speak greater things of himself and his work, because he was on my time, and I didn't have all afternoon for him. All he could say was how great he was and how much experience he had. I should have known that his careless walking over my cement tiles and cracking several of them was the first sign of worse things to come. He gave us a date to start the job and a quote. We both agreed. He never showed up. I continued calling him, because every other roofer that I had been referred to, by now, was too busy due to the rain. He gave me a second date and this time, gave me his word that he would begin the work on that date. He never showed up again. Instead his son, a punk refused to give him my messages and or pass the phone to his dad. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Two weeks went by and he texted me...If you still want, we can go on ....date. I called them back and spoke to the dad this time. The nerve! Well...we were busy...really? Not even the courtesy of a call... and you gave me your word? And you tell me that don't care about negative reviews? Here you go! Be aware everyone! Let these scumbags know that a bad review goes a lot further and faster than any good reviews. Wouldn't call them to shine my shoes. I will let everyone know which one I ended up using. read more
