The place facility was clean. Well lit smelled great. The layout of the displays were aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I was greeted with a smile and welcomed right as I entered. The bathroom was clean tidy. The soap, toilet paper and hand paper towels filled. I really enjoyed the alcohol selection of both beer and wine. The minute you walk in you're going to be hungry, even if you just ate. The house smoked and cured meats can literally be smelled in the parking lot. DGS has everything from local North Michigan specialities to fresh produce and an array of MI butchery products. The star of the show however is all their house made meats... Sausages, brats, jerky, etc., DSG has it all. Plus the staff is super friendly and helpful... Some of the friendliest people we've met in a while. When we're in the Cadillac area again, we will no doubt make a point to get back to DGS to stock up... Two thumbs up.
