Got 3 drinks today at drive up today. Hot Grande Mocha, Pink Drink and Pumpkin Spice. All 3 were really bad. The hot mocha was room temperature and tried one sip, terrible. Tried calling on road out but apparently they don't answer the phone. I would advise passing by this location and go to a local place. read more

I love my coffee and Starbucks is one of the places I go to whenever I'm traveling. This is a typical drive-thru coffee shop, they was a long line of cars going on, but the staff seemed to have everything under control since o observed that the line goes by in a timely manner. I would like to rate this place 5/5 because the staff seemed efficient and very friendly, but when I received my coffee, it's not very hot at all. It's the middle of winter and I want the piping hot coffee which I did not get this the 4/5 rating. I have to drink it fast or else my coffee will be cold brew soon. read more

As a Starbucks, I have zero complaints. Went through the drive through. Despite the longer line, the staff was friendly and efficient. They had an impossible breakfast sandwich despite the menu not promoting it, which was awesome to see. The cold brew coffee was also delicious. I am so thankful for this Starbucks. I have been going to this location for almost a year and am always well satisfied. Love the coffee, specialty drinks, sandwiches, and pastries. Since Covid19 changed our lives, I am very happy to say that I still have my Starbucks. They have gone above and beyond to make this location a safe place. I use the app to pre-order, usually pick up my order at the window. They had everything out in a large porcelain cup so that the cashier never touches the order. Since I pay online..that is the extent of contact. The two time I have had to go inside, the entire staff was masked and I have no complaints. I'm glad there is a Starbuck's in town but this one is very poorly managed. I have stopped mobile ordering because they never have everything I've ordered. And driving through, you basically do better to ask "what do you have?" Because very likely they will not have MANY items on the menu. I went there for the free red cup promo FOR the promo and they never mentioned that they ran out. The last time I drove thru they didnt have my first choice of drink and a couple if the sandwiches, so finally I asked what sandwiches were available and heard the girl say "you've gotta be kidding me" and unhappily check and list off what they had. It is pretty decent. They are always out of things, the drinks are inconsistent and depends on who is working if it will taste normal or not. They aren't a fresh store and only get shipments once a week so are low on supplies more often than not. read more

Despite being a coffee lover and a Barista of nearly ten years it breaks my heart to say that this Starbucks location struggles. I've been a customer numerous occasions and every other time I am in I've had to ask to have my drink remade. I've now simply taken to ordering cold brew nitro because it is simply a pour and lid deal. Went to order a London Fog today and had to come back because there was no milk or vanilla. Once reordering I waited for 20 minutes (other customers behind my sister and I being served first) to then have to ask for my order only to be told that hot tea orders don't get printed? Therefore I would have waited even longer for my drink to be made if I hadn't spoken up. Very disappointing will be thinking twice before I revisit anytime so read more
