I called in the order but when I went to pick up, they didn't have it ready. According to Shanan, they don't check their messages so I waited for her to prepare the food. The pizza was gooey and the garlic dough so salty, you couldn't eat it. I called and spoke with Shanan and she said bring it back and she would redo the order or return my money. I opted for the refund as my friends didn't want to chance it. Anyway, I took it back except for what was tossed in the trash. Shanan backtracked on what she had stated on the phone and tried to give only a partial refund and accused me of doing this to them before. This was a false accusation, which I told her, amounting to defamation. She changed her position and refunded my money. Be careful if you return anything because this may be her go to behavior, intimidate the customer, put them on the defensive, shock them into giving up. Really poor customer service as well as too salty garlic bread and soggy pizza.
