They are GREAT Photographers! I only found them accidentally because of a recommendation from fellow yelper, Frank K. I emailed Dez and Tam and responded immediately! These guys are so awesome! They photographed both our engagement session and our wedding! I looked at a lot of photographers for the wedding and I just loved Dez and Tam the most! Their style was exactly what I was looking for! Very bright and natural. Not a bunch of awkward poses. Our first meeting with them was super easy. Both Desi and Tammy were there, and they went over everything. How they usually like to photographer, turnaround times, and if we wanted to order photo albums from them we can. But it's an add on item which is great, in case you don't want albums. Some photographers offer different packages, with this included as well as other things like prints and I forget what else. Dez and Tam are great because you get exactly what you want! On our first photo session, the engagement photos, it was super easy taking pictures with them! My husband and I aren't really picture takers but Desi and Tammy have a way of just making you feel relaxed. Both are great photographers, and they'll both be taking pictures so you different points of views for your shots! I just love it when Desi will get into his thinking mode. You can see it on his face and then we'll run in and do our thing, while they take pictures of us. For our wedding, Desi and Tammy were totally on point. They helped tell people where to go, Tammy was great with getting all the kids to look at the camera. And, she's the kind of photographer that won't be afraid to tell people politely to step aside so that they can get their shot. That's perfect. You're paying to have a wedding photographer at your wedding, why wouldn't you want them to get all the great shots!?! By the way, they arrived earlier on the wedding day and they are always punctual if not early. They helped with having things run super smooth. It was like Tammy could also be a wedding planner on her spare time. We loved them so much that we wanted to book them for a family session, but they weren't available. I'd still book them again the next time we want to take family pictures. Also, they have a photobooth in case you are looking for that for your events. It's called the Dozabooth. Check them out on Instagram or their FB for more pictures they've taken. They are based out of Chino but they drive all over So Cal... from San Diego to Calabasas to LA. I would recommend Dez and Tam!

They took the time to get those airy, natural shots that really captured our relationship and excitement for our future. They work hand in hand as a great team to prepare for and set up the session. Fast forward to our wedding in September 2016, on one of the hottest days of the summer, they were able to get so many nice photos despite the sun being in ALL of our eyes - cannot control the weather but you can hire photographers that rise to the occasion! As a family welcoming our growing family in December 2020, we wanted to commemorate this by bringing Desi & Tam on board. During the COVID-19 pandemic with closures everywhere and safety precautions at their highest, they still found a way to photograph us all safely and happily, even got some exclusive maternity/bump shots. We hope these two will always get to be a part of our family! Also: check out Tammy's shop, Letterstou on Etsy or IG for custom hand lettered & laser cut items. Amazing TALENT!

He's very thorough and pays attention to details. The photos were beyond amazing. On top of that he is very professional and friendly. The family loved him. I will say my wife wasn't sure if we needed video because she thinks wedding videos are cheesy but I told her Stephen would do a good job especially since he has formal education in film.... And I was right. She watched the video like 100 times the first day we got it back. She was soooo in love with the photos. We shared with family and friends and they all agreed that this was the best wedding video they've ever seen. We asked Stephen to take lots of candid photos of the guests and he captured everyone beautifully. Our guests enjoyed having lovely professional photos of them and we get to have memories of everyone having a great time. My wife and I are truly grateful. We absolutely loved working with Stephen for our wedding photos. From our first conversation to the final shots of the wedding, Stephen was patient, reliable, and professional. The photos turned out AMAZING. We decided to have a more intimate wedding where we would only invite our immediate family and loved ones. We really hoped to capture the day's moments and to express somewhat more of a "story" for when we look back at it in the future. Stephen really captured all the key moments and candids that express how the day truly felt. A key thing we absolutely appreciated about Stephen was that he was so cool, calm, and collected the entire day. Our guests never felt rushed or taken "out of the moment" with Stephen; additionally, so many of our guests complimented him about how he was very friendly and patient. PS: If you don't know how to pose, do not worry! Stephen gave us clear instructions on how to pose which was SO GREAT because we definitely needed his advice on that. He would remind us about where to place your bouquets, avoiding the 90 degree angle elbows, and I still remember him telling me about my phone in the front pocket multiple times. Stephen captured everything that we wanted and really exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Stephen.

Does she provide a great price and does she offer flexibility, yes ,she does. You have to wonder though, what are you, the bride and groom actually giving up for this bargain that is being offered. Honestly, you don't know until AFTER your wedding. You look at the contract and the agreed upon time line comes and goes and yet you are still waiting for the long awaited video and wedding pics, but have not heard from Daria. You finally do, and her response is, "I am busy with other weddings". Perhaps like me, you will think, " Well, I paid based on the timeline that Daria provided. Why can't she do provide the pics and video on the agreed upon timeline?" Then you receive the pics. Months after the agreed upon time line. - Beautiful? Yes. - Badly edited? Yes YOU have to crop out the TV in the background or crop out someone's foot. But, hey, wasn't that Daria's job? That's what you give up for her bargain price. Editing and how long you wait to actually get what you paid for. Also, if you want specific pics like parents, family, etc. make sure to tell her, as I had like 3 pics with mom. Honestly, I was not going to leave a review until just today, almost 1 1/2 years after my wedding. I referred Daria to someone. Due to COVID, her wedding was delayed. Apparently, Daria has now moved out of CA and is REFUSING to refund the deposit. Such bad business ethics! Daria lost NO work to having booked this wedding (other than COVID which EVERYONE has). Now she moves somewhere where she CANNOT do the work that she CONTRACTED for and has DECLINED to refund any money. It is one thing had the bride and groom not rescheduled the wedding & kept Daria as the photographer. It is another thing for Daria to move out of state, REFUSE to refund the money and NOT comply with her portion of the contract. BEWARE OF THIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PHOTOGRAPHER !!!!
