This review is long overdue!! My husband and I got married 9/15/18. Cam and Tracy were our engagement and wedding photographers. They were professional yet very personable and made us very comfortable for what would have been an unnatural setting for us. They were able to incorporate all the things that we wanted and found just the perfect place to take our engagement photos. I loved every single moment of it! They're great at providing suggestions on where to stand/how to pose. We also took photos at a park on the day of the wedding and the photos came out gorgeous. All the photos were so great that it has been so hard to pick only a few for our wedding album! (Sorry guys - It's still on our to do's! My mom has not stopped asking me about it since this day!) But seriously, I loved all my photos! I've booked three sessions with them over the years where the husband & wife duo have always been so accommodating to everyone - a family session, milestone birthday, first puppy in the family. My kids actually smiled for the camera! The sessions have taken place in LA, OC & in their small studio in Pasadena. Our communication always starts thru email where I've received a response within a day or two. I've brought props to personalize the photos & there were never issues from Cam nor Tracy about using them. The photos are stored online thru the Pass app for 10 years! Very easy to use whenever you want to look back & download the pictures. Cam & Tracy are the ones to seek out to commemorate any special occasion. They obviously produce breathtaking pictures during engagements, weddings & family portraits indoors & outdoors. Cam and Tracy are amazing photographers and you can tell they take pride in their work. They were the first wedding photographers we met and we immediately chose them during our meeting. Before the engagement shoot and the day of the wedding, we received emails with tips and instructions on how to get good photos. Those tips were so helpful on planning out our day. My fiance and I decided to do an engagement shoot while we were visiting Los Angeles. However, not knowing anyone from the area who could provide recommendations (since we are from the D.C. area), I did a wedding search and researched forums for any recommendations and came across Cameron Leung Photography. Looking at their quality of work, I didn't even think they would come into the budget I was looking for! Cameron and Tracy, Thank you so much for being a part of our wedding day. Here is a list of why we used them ( I love lists): 1. They are very organized. We had follow up communication at One month to go, One week to go. 2. The week of the wedding, Cameron had to go in and get a Baboon's heart put into his chest (I think it was something like that) so he could not shoot our wedding. But Tracy and a last minute fill-in took charge and got it done. 3. They sent us a few early preview pictures so we could get our Thank You cards made. 4. We got to see ALL the pictures in less then a month after our wedding (all 500+ pictures). 5. I think Tracy is a professional tennis player on her spare time (I think that's what they said). 6. They have 8 dogs, 8 cats, and 8 birds...something about 8 being a lucky number...they love animals! 7. They love Peet's coffee...I think they own stock in it. 8. They are married...yes to each other and they work together, enough said. 9. They will not work with you unless you have an elephant at your wedding. 10. Adding on our Cam and Tracy love! We were planning our wedding long distance and I found Cam and Tracy through my now-husband's cousin, who was a college classmate of Tracy's (or something like that). Looked at their website and loved that they weren't into all the vintage coloring that was all the rage (I am old enough to have plenty of yellowed snapshots from the 70s and didn't need our wedding photos to look like that, thankyouverymuch). Cam & Tracy were very responsive to emails, and given their reasonable pricing, once we met up and were sure our personalities clicked we felt no need to look elsewhere. Throughout the process, they showed great flexibility (offering to do our e-shoot in NYC while they were in town, meeting up with us in the few odd moments we were in LA, being totally chill when in a bride brain moment I forgot to sign my deposit check....) and communication, which we really appreciated! You definitely get what you pay for and hiring Cam and Tracy was worth every penny! I hired this husband and wife duo a few months back to take some anniversary photos for my boyfriend and I. We were extremely nervous and didn't know what to really expect since we're not models at all. But they have one of the most easy-going personalities and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and not nervous at all. It took a few weeks for the turn around and once we received the images we were blown away with how awesome they turned out. They captured moments I forgot about, they capture moments I didn't think would be captured. They arrived earlier than the time agreed and started setting up right away. Our wedding planner referred us to Cam and Tracy because she had been impressed with their work before. After reviewing their portfolio online and meeting them in person, I knew they were going to be our wedding photographers. Not only are they an adorable couple and possibly the nicest people EVER, they are extremely talented photographers who work seamlessly together to produce beautiful art. When we didn't know where to do our engagement shoot because we just moved to LA, they readily made several suggestions. On the day of at Palos Verdes, my fiancé and I were a bit nervous, but they quickly put us at ease. We got to know them better through the photo shoot that day, so when they showed up the morning of the wedding, it was like seeing old friends again. The shots they got were beautiful, and they even printed a canvas photo for us to use at the wedding. On our wedding day 9/5/15 at Redondo Beach Historic Library, they tag teamed the whole event. They were able to photograph both my fiancé and I getting ready at the same time, and then during the ceremony and reception they were able to get multiple angles of the same scene, almost invisibly so. Cam and Tracy captured all the joy and festivities of that day, and they beautifully documented the wedding details and all of our wonderful guests having a great time. My family and friends were impressed by them as well. Even at the height of wedding season, Cam and Tracy delivered our photos via email and a snail-mailed flash drive in 4 short weeks after the wedding date. My fiancé and I met Cameron and Tracy about a year ago when we were in search of photographers for our wedding. We were referred by our friends who have hired them to photograph their wedding. We met at their Pasadena office on a week night and upon entering, their office gave me a warm and cozy vibe which I didn't expect. The conversations we had felt like we've known each other for a long time. We told each other stories of how we met our significant others and what our hobbies were outside of our occupation. They were the first photographers we met on our list and before we left the meeting, my fiancé and I made a deposit to secure the date because we knew that we didn't have to meet with the other photographers. We took our engagement photos at Disney's Concert Hall and LA Art district. I was pretty nervous since there were many spectators that either walked by and watched or just stopped to watch the photos being taken. Cam and Tracy both kept us calm and relaxed and before we knew it, a few hours flew by and the photo shoot was complete. The engagement photos came out perfect and we knew we made the right choice by choosing them. On our wedding day, they were extremely patient and professional. We were able to take plenty of photos with our friends and family even with our tight schedule. Even with the never ending "one more picture" from our friends/family, Cam and Tracy never sounded impatient or gave us an impression that it was enough. Our wedding photos were taken at the Pomona College in San Dimas with our wedding party. It was stress free and we were constantly laughing and joking around. Everyone had great communication and chemistry. After it's all said and done, we have become friends with both Cam and Tracy. It's funny when you meet people you can click with. It makes things easier and it makes your time with them much more fun. My wife and I had met Cam and Tracy at their office late one evening, just to check them out. We had a few more photographers on the list we wanted to schedule an appointment with later that week, but had heard great things about Cam and Tracy through word of mouth. When we met, we all had a conversation about ourselves. They told us about themselves. My wife and I told them about us. At times when we talked to vendors, they would rigidly ask my wife and me the standard questions, but with Cam and Tracy, it was different. It was a dialogue between us four. We shared ideas, emotions, what we want to achieve in this life and who all are as people. That meeting ended with all of us hugging like we were old friends. Never once, had I encountered such a comfortableness with others so quickly. We ended up cancelling the rest of the vendor appointments because of this meeting. We spoke a few more times, but when it came to our engagement shoot, it felt like we were hanging out with friends, again. It helped that Cam is constantly smiling, laughing, and giving us words of encouragement while Tracy throwing a few jokes out there. When they gave us the engagement photos, we were extremely happy with the product. When our wedding came, they were amazing. Their skills with the camera is fascinating. They saw shots that I would not have thought of. Their ideas made me think what else they could do so I asked them for some avant garde pictures; something artistic and creative that was out of the box. I was not disappointed. Before I conclude my review, I wanted to leave a story about their particular skillset as photographers that does not involve their camera, but rather who they are and why my wife and I feel we made an extremely good decision on asking Cam and Tracy to capture our moment. Our ceremony had ended and we were trying to get photos with family members. My family, having a hard time on following rules, were all over the place and blocking a few shots; my family members are also obstinate, so directions to them are generally fruitless. My wife was getting frustrated at this point as she's tired from all the standing and much to my chagrin, I cannot corral my family effectively, but much to Cam and Tracy's efforts, they were effective in asking my family members to stand aside to take photos. They did it by making jokes and smiling and my family, unexpectedly, reciprocated Cam and Tracy's smiles and jokes, apologized for blocking the shots, and moved. Yes, Cam and Tracy have an incredible skill on capturing moments with a camera, but their temperament and charisma are what sets them a part from others. I hope in the future, my wife and I can ask Cam and Tracy to capture a few more important moments in our lives as we will look to them soon. read more

My husband and I love Cam and Tracy. First off, they're great people. We met them in their office in Pasadena six months or so ago and booked them as our wedding photographers right away. They were so easy to work with and professional! They tag teamed shooting my husband and I getting ready (we didn't want to see each other) and they work with walkie talkies.
