Everything was clearly explained upfront, including all pricing and package options, so there were no hidden costs or surprises. The studio was beautiful and fully equipped with multiple shooting areas, a private dressing room, refreshments, snacks, and everything needed to feel comfortable throughout the session. There was also an incredible selection of gowns and backgrounds. The catalogs were emailed well in advance, giving me plenty of time to look through everything and make my selections without feeling rushed. My photographer, Drea, and my assigned assistant, Melinna, were warm, encouraging, helpful, and so much fun to be around. They had music playing and fans going, creating such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Melinna even went downstairs to bring my husband and children up to join the shoot, which meant so much to me. Michelle was equally wonderful and made choosing my final images such an easy and enjoyable experience. From the communication and preparation to the shoot and final selections, every detail was thoughtfully handled. I will absolutely be back! Thank you ladies so much for capturing this chapter of my life.

From the beginning, Emil was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Neither of us is particularly used to being in front of the camera, but he made the experience comfortable and natural. On our wedding day, he did a wonderful job capturing not only the important moments, but also so many candid shots of our family and friends genuinely enjoying themselves. Looking through the finished gallery and seeing how happy everyone looked brought back so many great memories from the day. We also really appreciated how accommodating Emil was with the specific photos and ideas we wanted to capture, while still using his own experience and creativity throughout the day. We ended up with so many beautiful photos that we'll be able to look back on for years to come. We're very grateful to Emil for helping us document such an important time in our lives and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding or special event. He was very helpful on how to pose and gave us great tips and guidance. Even went out of his ways to help us find a great location from the chapel to have different views of backgrounds. Everyone was extremely happy already with his work and then pictures came so fast and every single one was amazing. So yes I highly recomend him, found loyal clients with us thanks Emily. I honestly had no idea what to expect when working with a professional photographer but her service was exceptional. She's super friendly, easy-going, efficient, and communicative. Everything went unbelievably smoothly. We had Elyana for 2 hours during our elopement and she made it so fun and easy to be in front of a camera. She provided a lot of much-needed direction and our session went by so quickly and smoothly. She even helped grab my veil when I forgot it in my suite! I'm not photogenic so I was nervous about looking like a total derp after many wonderful vendors had put so much work into my hair, makeup, dress, and florals... But her artistic sense and prompting really made for some amazing pictures. She works fast! Sneak peeks and full gallery were received well before their promise dates. Granted, it probably helped that we only had a 2 hour elopement session, but the speedy turnaround time is super appreciated nonetheless. The one struggle I have from working with her is trying to pick which beautiful images will be displayed in our home. Thank you so much for these photos that we will cherish forever!

I came across Elyana searching for a photographer in Pasadena where my husband and I were thinking…read moreof doing a court house wedding. Since it would be something very small and intimated there was no need to plan it with months or years in advance. I contacted Elyana a month prior to our wedding date which is when my husband and I started planning everything. Elyana was quick to respond and since it would be on a Thursday she was luckily available. About a week after our call my husband and I had a change of plans and we no longer wanted to get married in Pasadena. I came across San Juan Capistrano Mission and I immediately knew that would be the place I wanted to elope. However, after doing some research I found out that you cannot elope inside, it's only available for photography session. Regardless, that was the place I wanted my pictures in. I came up with a plan to get married at a courthouse not too far from there and then have Elyana take the pictures there. I explain to her the change of plans and she was quickly onboard. I always had a vision of how I would want our pictures to turn out. This was very important to us since we were not having a wedding and the pictures would be one of the biggest memories aside from having our close family and friends at the courthouse witnessing our union. I had briefly explain to Elyana in the very beginning that I wanted a chic vibe (I didn't know at that time but later I found out the style I liked was a bit more editorial). I sent one single picture to Elyana about a week before just to give her an idea of what I envisioned. AND SHE FLAWLESSLY DELIVERED. My husband and I are SO extremely happy with the pictures. I am in awe of the work she created. She understood what I was looking for and made it happen. She worked her magic and was so very sweet. Her energy and charisma made our day that much more special. THANK YOU Elyana, you are so talented and amazing!!!

I worked with Natalie a few weeks back as a 40th wedding anniversary present for my parents (as our last family pictures were circa 1996 and there may have been a matchy-matchy khaki/navy theme going on... the shame...). The day could not have gone better! Natalie is incredibly creative and collaborative about the vision. Her photos are magic - we recently got all of the images and I keep smiling about how wonderful they look (check out her website for the real deal and you'll see what I mean http://www.nataliechampajennings.com/) Her prices are so reasonable and the work is top-notch. I was completely blown away by her skills and the final results of my photoshoot. I was nervous initially booking the shoot since I've always felt extremely awkward in front of a camera. I tend to freeze up and have always been told to "relax my face" a million times. Whenever someone is about to take a picture, I suddenly realize I have arms and hands and don't know what to do with them! Enter Cindy. Her sweet, warm, friendly energy put me immediately at ease. She gave me such helpful, specific tips on how to position my body, where to look, and what to think about so I looked completely relaxed, natural, and cute in the photos! (not meaning to be narcissistic as I have plenty of extremely not cute photos that have been taken of me in the past - thank you Cindy for somehow magically bringing out my beauty through your lens!!!) Cindy was extremely creative and has a great eye for locations and lighting. We shot in the afternoon in different places around her neighborhood which was clean, safe, elegant, and lovely. Our shoot was about 2 hours long with 2 outfit changes - I brought a few different sets of clothing and Cindy helped me to pick out a couple to wear which I was extremely happy with. I am beyond thrilled with the final results, which were lightly and expertly retouched that made me look real and not overly processed or fake at all. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Cindy for anyone interested in getting head shots, portraits, lifestyle shots, or even engagement shoots done. Right now she has an amazing special going on and I would definitely take advantage of that ASAP as long as she's still offering it! Thank you again, Cindy. I found the pricing (I got the starving artist package), quality, and delivery very satisfactory. I got a couple of good headshots and that is what I was looking for. Erin was able to accommodate me with only one day's notice and turnaround the retouched photographs quite soon which I really appreciate. The setting was outdoors and I preferred that given the Covid situation. The lighting in all the photographs was very good as well. I would recommend taking with you a few photos (that you are trying to mimic pose/angle wise) so you are able to convey exactly the look you are going for. In the absence of a mirror (being outdoors), it would also be helpful to quickly go over the photos mid-session so any missed wardrobe quirks (in my case, a slightly awry collar) can be corrected. The resulting photos are not square which I wanted for my purpose but Erin said she can resize the retouched ones for free. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, stress-free, headshot experience!
