My family has been enjoying Marino's over the pass 32 years. We haven't been in the new remodel restaurant due to health reasons. However we always enjoyed their food at home. We visited the new restaurant on Saturday 01/22/2021. Let me say Marino's still has the same great home cooked Italian food and service you expect. The food was excellent the staff very attentive and friendly., just as great food if not better then before. Ernie is as humble as ever and a very welcoming which In the Miami food industry is very hard to find. Due yourself a favour and try Marino's you won't be disappointed and you will keep coming back. Thank you Ernie to you and your great staff. Daniel Rosario. read more

I ordered this pizza via ubereats it's honestly delicious and would highly recommend the meat pizza has ground beef i believe from their meat sauce which i thought was pretty creative and really good. The Sicilian was also good I ordered with Alfredo instead of tomato sauce. The only thing i found odd was that when i made that request I received a notification on my ubereats account that the restaurant had uncharged me 4$ for additional toppings, i didn't think swapping a sauce would make a huge difference price was but nonetheless both pizzas were delicious that part just took me a bit by surprise. read more

10/10 recommend! Our new favorite pizza/pasta joint. Liam was super attentive and kept us with a smile on our face. Even gave us a free ice cream If you're looking for great service and even better food, Marino's definitely the place to try! read more

Man... not sure what has happened to this spot. I know a lot of business struggled because of Covid, but I kept ordering through out the peak of the pandemic and even prior. We've actually been coming here for years, so it pains me to write this one star review, but I feel the business needs to address these issues in order to stay serving the community. We ordered the family special which consist of large pizza, "wings", and a soda, which used to be a 2L but now it's 1.25L. For a family of 4, you will require some extra drinks. The "wings", if we can call them that were beyond minuscule... I attached a photo comparing it to a quarter and they're about the same size. We previously experienced this but thought it had to do with the pandemic, but I guess not, so all 7 wings added together maybe make 2 regular sized wings. The pizza... Wow, what a hot mess, literally. We picked it up this time versus delivery because last time we ordered for delivery and thought that was the issue. We would try to eat a slice and all of the cheese along with the toppings would just slide right off the pizza and leave a wet piece of bread behind. It was just a big watery mess. We ordered a dozen garlic roles and maybe one roll had garlic. The rest were dry pieces of nothing. No oil, no garlic... Just moist pieces of tasteless bread. I try to support local businesses before I order from big box chains like Papa John's or Pizza Hut, but for $34, I may have to bite the bullet and just go with mediocre quality and consistency from the other guys. This experience just left us totally grossed out with this place. read more

The food is awful. They used way too much oregano for everything. The only thing that was okay was the bread.

Had pizza and pasta here recently.. wife and kids got sick pretty bad. Would not recommend. I do recommend two brothers or Mike's which are within the vicinity. Thank me later. read more

Visited Marinos's today, and had a great experience. The food was great. The portions were bigger than normal. Plus Mario our server was excellent. Strongly recommend the restaurant and if you do go ask for Mario as your waiter. You won't be disappointed. read more

MARINO'S SERVES OLD PIZZA!! Went there with my Dad for lunch on Friday. The pizza came out lukewarm, yellow, the cheese was congealed near the crusts. I mentioned it to the server who responded like she knew it was and said she'd get the manager. Mr. Delightful was ready for a fight when when he got to the table. Assumed we were going to ask for something free but just wanted to find out why we were served an old pizza. His reaction made me think he knew it was old and wasn't thrilled being called out on it. I won't be going back. read more

Today, June 30, around 8:50pm I went in to pick up my order and the girl there has a horrific attitude. Why do you have people like her working there? She is rude, and doesn't know how to speak correctly. I simply asked her a question and she got upset because apparently she didn't feel like talking. Also, the pizza did not even have the cheese too melted as if it was undercooked. Stay away from this place. You lost a customer today just because of the nasty employee you have. read more

Marinos pizza is amazing! Been going there since I was a kid and the quality and service are second to none. Not only is the pizza great, but the chicken Marsala is my absolute favorite! Pair it with the house salad and garlic rolls and you'll be impressed. Great spot! read more

Off the top, I feel like my life expectancy went down by no less than 3 weeks -- in a good way. The food is super rich. The bolognese sauce felt like it was 20% cream and 20% cheese. For the pizza, the cheese was laid on thicker than the dough. This place is a great value and each plate feels homey and nostalgic. It's indulgent food with a good atmosphere. The service could have been better as our waitress was a little short with us and we sat with empty water glasses for a while, but the food came out very quickly. read more

They used to be awesome... Now overpriced for wrong or less than what expected orders ...I order from here often because my daughter has celiac disease and she can get the churrasco without issues... tonight I paid $85 for this joke of a pizza which mind you I ordered extra mushrooms and black olives on half and no baked potatoes so $22 for a churrasco only.. Last week same order they send the potatoe with nothing after requesting bacon and cheese no sour cream .... ‍‍ read more

3-stars because the service was friendly and the ambiance is welcoming but the pizza was not great. Ate it for hunger and to not let it go to waste but this isn't THE place you'd go for pizza. It unfortunately didn't meet the mark for a NY style pizza. read more

Who doesn't love pizza especially on a Friday afternoon? Well, the ladies of the office decided to get pizza and pasta from Marino's. The guy who delivers the food every Friday that we ordered from them, is so nice and funny, the food always comes hot and fresh, the smell drives us all crazy and is so difficult to wait until it's time for lunch. The price are OK considering the fact that your order for delivery and your food is coming to your office, delicious, hot, fresh and at the time that you want. We will continue ordering from Marino's and I can't wait to go and try the restaurant in person. Thank you Marino's. Gracias Marino's. read more

I LOVE Marinos. I've been coming here for years. Best pizza and pasta in Kendall. Nice place to bring your family.

I have been a customer for a long time. I consider food to be good. My only complaint is no one seems to know what a Chicken Cutlet Sandwich is. Every time I call to order I get the following Oh do you mean Chicken parm Sandwich? you wanting to build your own sandwich, ? Do you mean Italian sandwich? I would love if this sandwich can be added to menu and I can be spared the 10 minute phone explanation. Chicken Cutlet Sandwich with lettuce tomatoes is literally Chicken parm with no cheese, no sauce, and lettuce and tomatoes. read more

Marino's was okay for the most part. I had the Classico Panini (prosciutto, mozzarella, etc) wife had the spaghetti carbonara which were both pretty good. The service was a disorganized and items were forgotten. We had to remind the wait staff of the garlic rolls and salads we ordered. read more

I haven't had authentic Italian food in a long time. So I'm giving this bad boy a five star. My partner has been raving about this spot for awhile as he used to live in the Kendall area and this is was one of his favorite spots. While we were in the area, we stopped here and wow I must say it's a hidden gem. The restaurant is beautiful makes me feel like I'm anywhere but in miami. They did a great job in decorating it to make you feel like your in little Italy. Classy and modern. Our waiter, Massimo S was great. Kind and polite and catered to us every step. We decided to go for half a dozen of garlic rolls, specialty pasta Fettuccine Alfred (which I've been craving for weeks now) that comes with a Salad or soup, we ordered a Cesar salad and a slice of cheese pizza. He said I had to try a little bit of everything . It was so delicious!!! Everything!! The rolls were warm and filling perfect amount of cheese and garlic. The pizza was a huge slice for $2 and I mean everything was just right. It's like the three little bears story. To the perfection . When we left I told my boyfriend I haven't had great authentic Italian food in a while. Deff need to come back for more. Check out the scrumptious pictures ! read more

Always the best spot to have Italian food and the best pizza hands down I have had. New place to enjoy a good Italian pasta. Excellent service and attention to details, all the way from the amazing owners to the special Manager Luis ( the best manager in all Italian restaurants ) to all waiters, specially Giovanni, our top rank Italian waiter. Best lobster bisque I've ever tried (perfectly seasoned and not overly salty). Giving it 2 stars because pasta was nothing special (ravioli stuffed with mushroom). The service was meh. Just thought it was incredibly odd that the waitstaff eats their meals in one of the tables of the restaurant, while being in charge of tables. I had to wait for my waitress to eat to get my check. The look of the restaurant is also a bit run down. I would consider this place, more of a lunch place. Definitely not pleasing to the eye. read more

I used to come here growing up and had fond memories of their delicious pizza and garlic bread. I have not been back in years and was in the area this weekend and decided to visit. It seems this place has declined in recent years as it did not live up to my nostalgic memories. Garlic bread used to be amazing, not anymore. It was crispy and chewy. Garlic bread should never be crispy. Ordered a side salad and portion was tiny, about 5 pieces of lettuce in a tiny bowl. I ordered iced tea and got nasty undrinkable fake tea from a beverage gun instead. I told the waitress I did not want it and when I saw it on the bill she told me that I had tasted it so that is why she didn't take it off bill....yea, I tasted it and that is when I noticed it tasted like crap which was the whole reason for returning it. Bad service aside let's move on to pizza. Pizza was just okay, lacked salt and flavor. I do not think it is better than any chain pizza place and I think Papa John's is better than their pizza which isn't saying much. One positive was that it isn't expensive so at least I did not break the bank on a mediocre lunch. I would not drive out of my way to eat here again. read more
