My agent set up our inspection with Green Valley. John arrived on time for the inspection and was…read morevery pleasant. I thought everything went well but some costly issues were discovered right after closing. I believe these issues should have been discovered in the inspection. 1. The upstairs bathtub was not filled and tested. After the first shower, water was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. 2. The washer and upstairs bathroom drains were not inspected and water was leaking out of the sewer pipe under the house. John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested. It was completely clogged and blocked which is one one the leading causes of household fires. My agent contacted the owner who was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints.

I had a very disappointing experience with Elite Group Inspection Professionals. I purchased their…read moremost expensive inspection package and paid extra for advanced imaging, sewer, pool, and solar panel inspections. The roof report incorrectly identified my metal roof as shingles, even though I specifically told the representative it was a metal roof when booking and asked whether I needed a drone inspection. I was assured it was unnecessary since the roof inspection is included in my package. The solar panel inspection was also missing, even though I paid extra and I still have not received my advanced imaging results after 2 weeks. The sewer inspection could not be completed due to excessive roots. I was told that the Master Inspector will do inspection if I purchase advanced structural imaging. When I asked the inspector if he was the master inspector, he had no idea what I was speaking about. He said he was certified inspector. When I called to resolve these issues, Bency was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I was referred to Jason, the inspection manager, and left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls. I was also promised follow-up by Nathan, who was kind and listened to my concerns, but no one ever contacted me afterward. The incorrect report, missing results, and lack of follow-up caused unnecessary stress and delays with my escrow. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them.
