I had documentation and all and I asked if I could speak to the owner or manager and the sales associate said no and that unfortunately they don't do returns past the return date. She didn't even try or make my case heard to anyone. I understand if it had been a week or more, but I had a legitimate medical issue and could not make it to return it. They showed no sympathy or compassion to the situation. Horrible experience.
