Firslt if I could give half a star I would. The marina itself is beautiful despite the destruction. The restaurant is super pleasant and the food is awesome. Especially considering the circumstances these folks have had to survive under after Hurricane Maria. The service however SUCKS donkey ass! The "American numbers manager" is nasty, talks down to people and openly was overheard saying "im a numbers man and could care less about people." Little does he know to have numbers you need people. The waitress forgot our food and drinks for over an hour and then came to say one plate was not available after serving 8/10 people at our table. When the Puerto Rican manager was called over the American manager/numbers man also came. Number man gave nothing but excuses. The Puerto Rican manager dealt with the complaints super professionally. Unfortunately however numbers man runs the business aspect. Too bad.
This treatment of people bringing business to their business and giving business to the marina is astounding, disgusting and super negative as bad reviews multiply six fold versus good reviews which not only brings business but are harder to come by.
You can do better. You have all the right ingredients with the wrong "numbers man/American manager". Don't demean your guests. Don't make excuses for mistakes. Own up to them, fix them, be responsible to your guests that put money in all your employees pockets. Get rid of the bad apple as it spoils the bunch. Everyone in town after hearing this experience knew exactly who and what the problem was. read more
