If I could have done it again, I would not have personally done the snorkeling, as the waters were pretty challenging (even with a life vest) and not much marine life could be seen. Despite our crew giving instructions to signal for assistance when needed in the water, our crew completely forgot all instructions when I actually needed help. Instead of coming to rescue when I signaled for help, they waved back at me... could have met my maker, but here I am, living to fight another day.

They served us drinks And helped us get some good photos in. Cons: Only one real con. My only suggestion is to make sure you make your final payment through PayPal or with cash the day of your excursion. There is no WiFi at the dock and I ended up having to pay via credit card which was an additional $50+ dollar fee, even though I was going using his iPad. Had I known in advance I would've just logged into my paypal account, but didn't realize until it was too late. He didn't communicate that part well. There was free parking before arriving but the small fee at Cancun Bay resort was WELL worth the hassle of parking further and walking. Juanito met us out front and escorted us to the check in desk. We showed out prepaid receipt but still had to pay the $15 per person marina fee (which was advised prior to arrival). We all received a sealed snorkeling snorkel and Jose passed out the Mask to all that needed. Jose and Juanito were super! While on the Jungle Tour one of our boats lost power after we arrived at our diving spot. Jose called for a replacement boat and they switched boats before we had finished snorkeling. It was a bummer at first but Jose handled very quickly. I would recommend this tour for families and first time snorkelers. You get about 45 minutes of snorkeling and about 45 minutes of a great boat Tour. Back at the Marina all employees had on mask, social distanced, hand sanitizer and the bathrooms (banos) were clean and in great shape!!! There was a bar and restaurant but we didn't patronize. They also have locked lockers to rent for a very small fee and there is a free area storage on each boat that will hold a standard tote bag.

The company contacted us twice as the date drew near to say that the boat we reserved needed maintenance. When we arrived, the boat we were given was extremely dated and smelled like a musty locker room. 15 mins out into the water, the battery went out (no AC, no TV or WiFi for music). It took the sales rep Pablo, 90 mins to resolve which cut into our 5 hr reservation. We had to go back to shore for a new battery to be brought onboard and installed. We demanded a discount for the now 2hrs wasted trying to get their janky boat working. We finally resolved and sailed out. After about 90 mins, we parked, had lunch, taking a dip when Pablo tells us we have to go back. So he basically cut our reservation because we paid him an amount minus the two hours we lost of our reservation. From the misleading sale of the newer sleeker yacht we originally booked to the old lemon of a boat and their inability to accommodate a discount for the customer being inconvenienced, it is not worth your money or time to be wasted on poor service when you're on travel and trying to enjoy your vacation. The crew was nice enough and provided good service. It's not their fault they work for a company that doesn't stand behind their sales and service. Book at your own risk. You've been warned.

We booked a 6 hour trip for 8 people (5 adults and three boys who are 17, 17 and 15) on the 46' boat and it was very nice. Took an hour to get to the fishing spot and after we had caught nine fish (everyone in our party reeled at least one in) we headed back early because we had some seasick people and it was raining. They filleted the fish we asked for and we ate them for dinner. Even with our choice to cut it short, it was still a great experience and would highly recommend them!

After dinner, we got off the boat for a 10 minute restroom break before continuing down the river. Very well organized!!! It was a party all night long! Food was incredible! Service and hosts were top notch. Organization of the evening made it go by so fast. About 3 hours were spent on the boat eating, chatting, dancing or playing games.
