Called this place to make appts for me and my husband sometime in the near future. Had to leave a…read moremessage, which was returned via a text by Shelley, not a call. She asked if I was wanting to book appts at the same time, to which I answered yes, I then told her what we were looking for (deep tissue for him and not so deep maybe hot stones for me). Was told they dont have availability at the same time but could do back to back. NO DATE WAS GIVEN!!! I asked if she could CALL me so we could look at the schedules and was told no. She never asked when I would like to come in or offered that maybe they could do same time appts in the future. JUST SIMPLY DID NOT WANT TO BOOK APPTS FOR 2 PEOPLE WITH 2 DIFFERENT THERAPISTS. I would NOT recommend wasting your time to try to make an appt

I was referred to Mr. White by my Wax Specialist and later found a Groupon to check out the…read moreservices. I am glad I did!!! ‍ I generally DO NOT prefer men massage therapists for the "obvious" reasons being a woman; however, Mr. White was nothing shy of respectable, professional and damn good at his craft. He also called me at least 1.5 hours ahead of my appointment time to confirm he was running behind and could I come about 30 minutes later. I totally appreciated the courtesy and sufficient notice. The pressure wasn't too soft or deep, just right to work the kinks out. The atmosphere was very relaxing and calming...I think I even slobbered a little, lol. I purchased two more 90 minute massages and booked one before I left. I hold people very accountable and he did a really good job. I hope you give Mr. White a chance like I did. It's located on the Groupon but I missed it initially, Groupon users must book during the week, which was fine for me to get a mid-day Break.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE! The male masseuse practically ran out the door behind me…read moredemanding that I tip him an additional 30% gratuity for the 60 minute massage. After you pay, he has a sign BEHIND the price list with optional gratuity/tip up to 60% based on the duration of your chosen massage. It's not advertised and is a sign behind the price list most likely because it's ridiculous. I felt VERY UNSAFE as he made a condescending face at me and scowled after I paid for the services and tried to leave the counter after me towards the door. Be prepared for them to try and bully you and frown when you decline AFTER you've paid for your services. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....AND if you pay by card they charge an additional $4 per transaction. Beware! Not to mention, the massage was rushed and VERY subpar. He was coughing and hacking in my ear throughout the entire massage like he was sick/under the weather...which is a health hazard...no mask...no washing of his hands or hand sanitizer in sight....and the place is not clean. There was dirt on the walls and the floor was dirty and I was the first massage of the day! Will NOT be returning! At least 6 times one of the other workers entered my room and carried on conversations with my masseuse while I was exposed. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from other works and clients throughout your entire massage. The blankets were torn and used and there's only a thin curtain between the hallway and the rooms. This place should be shut down!! I'll need to check my transaction to make sure he didn't add his own tip to my debit card receipt seeing how desperate and rude he was! I hope this review helps someone!

I must say, I truly had an awesome experience! My hubby surprised me for my birthday and I must say…read moreI was blown away by the level of details and thoughtfulness that went into my visit. We had the full birthday package. I started in the changing area just before going into the chair massage area. The massage lasted about 15 minutes and it definitely set the tone for the rest of the experience! The next step was the hydrating shower. We had the option to shower together or separately. It is extremely steamy, so if you don't enjoy being hot I would suggest showering alone. Next up was the full body massage! I had a very much needed and relaxing experience. My massage tech really paid attention to my problem areas and made me feel at ease (I fell asleep, lol) and he for sure worked out the kinks. After the massage they gave us a few moments to center ourselves and then prepare for the next step. The hot tub room! Oh my it was so nice! We had complimentary sparkling juice waiting for us, a calming aroma of essential oils, and a 15-25 minute hot tub experience. After that, we got dressed and headed to the restaurant, Recline & Dine. May I add that you can eat there without getting the massage experience from Bowtie. The food there was delicious! I had the oxtails and grits and must I say they were some of the most tender, well seasoned oxtails I have had. The appetizers were good as well. I had the salmon strips and I am for sure going back for more! Additional details included a personalized sign greeting me at the door, a balloon arrangement with candy, chocolate covered strawberries, and a beautiful gold Zodiac necklace! I loovvveeed it!
