From their options i selected a thirty minute facial and a thirty minute full body message. The facial was incredible I wish I knew the woman's name who performed the service. It was a comfortable space with soft lighting and music. Very relaxing. My body message on the other hand was a different experience. I remember the lady wasn't thrilled that i chose the 30 minute full body massage because "it wouldn't be a lot of time to get to every part of the body". Which i told her that was fine and to just focus on a few main parts... She didn't make the space feel super comfortable and was loudly breathing and I could hear all of her movements. Not a huge deal, we continued and i just tried to relax and enjoy the massage. Unfortunately, it was too intense for my liking, and i did try and signal that to her. Which i don't think was received... It almost felt like she was doing that because she was a little annoyed i didn't choose a longer timeframe for the massage. Ever since going my collarbone pops. I don't know why and it still does even almost two years since. Overall, the experience was mostly good! I enjoyed the welcoming lady at the front desk and the lady who did my facial. Only thing was the woman who did my massage did not give me the experience i was truly hoping for from getting my first massage out! And on top of that my collarbone popping ever since just shows how aggressively she was massaging!

When she has actually talked to someone they have been incredibly rude. I explained to her that was not how it works. That tip is a choice, and given after rendering a service. She kept insisting that that is how much I had to give her. HAD to give her. Provided me with a robe and waited to come back until I was ready. I had an incredible massage. So much so that I just had my second massage in the same week. Today it was a different woman. She asked me how long, I paid for an hour and this time paid CC instead of cash. She turned the screen to me and looked away when the screen was prompting me to enter a tip amount. I selected 0 and told her I tip in cash. She said "Thank you." And didn't give me any trouble. I then proceeded to have one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. I told her where my pain was and she went above and beyond to help me heal. I will now be going to this therapist weekly for my chronic back pain. Needless to say, at the end of my massage she was up front where I was able to give her the tip. She didn't even look at it and she gave me a nice hug. I was pleasantly surprised at the genuine interaction. I give this place a 5+ star rating. A small hole in the wall (to be honest almost shady looking massage place) but full of strong professionals running the place! Healing one knot at a time. This review was not left by an insider.
