It's on a beach so that's nice and the bus stop is super close. I love that you can hop on a bus for only 1.50€!! It took us downtown, by the Marina and the casino !! You can bus anywhere including the airport for 5 €. The hotel had a singer on Saturday we were drinking cocktails while everyone else had coffee or tea. But overall the hotel was nice and clean.

We enquired information about a rental car and the receptionist said she couldn't help us to go over to their sister property (super close) but I feel this is something she could of helped with as we are guest in this property. Over all the hotel is clean in a great location (why I gave it 4 stars and not 3) and helpful staff but would skip the food and there's no hotel parking also the service desk is just a desk sometimes with little flyers might be something they can work on.

This is a lovely 4 star hotel with the fantastic breakfast and outdoor pool. The rooms are not that…read morelarge but very comfortable, they include a few toiletries in the tiny bottles, a comb, shower cap and hairdryer. There's also a TV and laundry service. However there is no kettle or iron in the room. Breakfast has a huge variety of continental and hot foods, fruits, omelettes, espresso machine, yoghurts etc. They have a great bbq every night with various grilled fish and meats, and the food is very good. The view from the rooms and terrace to the harbor is also beautiful. The downside is the location; it's no where near a beach, the nearest is Cala Major which is a few minutes drive away and there aren't any nice places to eat near the hotel. To Old Town you would also need to drive there, so tue hotel is kind of in between the beach area and city center but not within walking distance from neither. The area around the hotel is very run down with lots of graffiti. There is also no hotel parking so or makes renting a car inconvenient. Overall a nice hotel with great breakfast but suffers in terms of location and lack of parking.

There is both a front and rear entry to the hotel via a funicular (on Av Joan Miro - press the buzzer if you haven't checked in yet and reception will buzz you up). Breakfast great value at 13EUR and great buffet selection including cold meats, pastries, breads, hot foods, yoghurts and cereals, fresh omelettes, and the kitchen staff are accommodating for requests. Two pools (indoor and outdoor) are available and a small gym area with a multi-bench and some bikes. No sauna/steam room unfortunately, however the indoor pool is heated and has a small spa. Free internet PC's are available near reception, and the hotel also has free WiFi. Rooms with sea view are a small additional cost but are well worth it if you find yourself hanging out in the hotel room for any extended period.

The tickets are timed, and each group proceeds together. Things move along fairly smoothly, but can seem crowded at times. The well maintained concrete walkway and stairs have sturdy handrails. The cave can be wet in places, so keep hold! The cave features very impressive formations and has a large lake at the bottom. It is here that a simple bench area (seating several hundred) offers your group a place to rest and enjoy the concert. Lights go out, and a ghostly line of row boats float out with a string quartet playing lovely baroque pieces. Truly magical!
