She said cleaning all of the blinds would take too long, so we agreed that only the upstairs blinds would be cleaned and I had to pay an additional $30 to have it done. I took issue with that because my original request stated that my house was a two-story with 5 bedrooms, which should have given her an idea of how many blinds there would be. She and the person with her finished the job, I tipped them both and that was that. In the future, I would suggest that she ask how many blinds are in the house and adjust her pricing accordingly.

This is the first time we opted for professional move-out cleaning services as we have been always skeptical in the past, but this time due to time limitations and the size of the house we had to opt for professional services and believe me I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy. Adriana and her husband were very professional, they came in at 2pm and only left after every inch of the house was thoroughly cleaned. Since I am a stickler for cleanliness, I totally sensed that Adriana also had attention to details and didn't compromise on anything. Extremely hard working couple and I'm glad we didn't go through an agency and opted for a family owned business. Definitely great value for money and really recommend Adriana.

I hired this company for a deep clean of an unfurnished home and was really disappointed with the…read moreresults. Only one cleaner, Monique, was sent -- which seemed unrealistic for the scope of work. While she was kind and worked hard, many areas were left untouched: dusty closet shelves, stair railings, and floors that still left my 1-year-old's feet black after crawling. When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job. At the end of the dayI paid for a service which was done half way, I am currently going through the entire house and finding more missed spots. I'm extremely disappointed.

I booked Cristina for move-out cleaning originally for my house. Our house hasn't never been…read moreprofessionally cleaned and we lived there for 25 years, so she had her work cut out for her. My family has always loved animals, so we've had multiple pets throughout the years. Cristina made sure all the pet hair was cleaned up, and she paid attention to so many little details, from the shower tracks to the window tracks. Everything was spotless. I honestly didn't think the houses could look as good as they did when she finished. I was beyond impressed! I had her come back my grandma's house, who lived in her house for nearly 50 years. Likewise, she never had her house professionally cleaned. Again, we were speechless at Cristina's work. I did have to communicate what I wanted done, especially since these homes had never had a professional deep cleaning before. With so many years of buildup and so many little details to tackle, not everything could be completed in one day, which was completely understandable. She took her time and made sure things were done right instead of rushing through the job. It was 100% worth every penny. I only wish I could book her again for our new house, but unfortunately, we moved out of state. I would absolutely recommend Cristina to anyone looking for someone who pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work!

Rosie was very warm and professional, and the woman who accompanied her was equally kind and hardworking. We are so appreciative of their attention to detail and the care they put into our home. I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.
