Beautiful work, quick turnaround, and very reasonable prices. Not to mention, I didn't realize they are cash only, and I didn't have cash when I dropped it off. They graciously allowed me to pay during pickup instead. The sleeves were shortened about 3", and they charged $60 for the blazer, $30 for the shirt, and no extra cost for the short notice. I asked if there was any way we could remove the weird netting on the back of my dress and instead add a bow, and she absolutely nailed it! We ended up hemming, lowering the slit by adding a stitch right above the knee, and adding a bow to the back. She found a great color/fabric match for the bow and was done very quickly (about a week and a half). Pricing was fair! Overall, had a great experience with her and would absolutely recommend for anyone!

They have some quilting…read morefabrics and fleece, but the selection here is mostly apparel fabrics which are way more varied and more reasonably priced than Joann. There's a huge selection of poly prints, beautiful embellished evening wear fabrics, handwoven silk fabric, appliqués, TONS of incredible embellished trims, every color elastic and binding you can imagine...I could go on and on! They've also got a selection of new and vintage patterns. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Masks are currently required for entry but they sell reusable/washable fabric ones in store. I wanna start this off by saying that Edith is a very sweet woman, I had my wedding dress altered…read moreby her. It looks really amazing, I'm only giving three stars because I felt there was no communication with her outside of being physically in the shop. I made an appointment with her for July 11th. At my first appointment, we talked about what I wanted done hemming in the front, added bustle, and a modesty panel behind my corset back, and she also recommended what she would like to do to my dress to make it fit better. After she had put all the pins in she gave me my receipt and said to come back in three weeks on August 1st and it would be finished. She messaged me on July 30th asking me to come on the 2nd instead. I agreed. Now when I had went three weeks later, I expected the dress to be done since she never told me otherwise. Only the hemming on the bottom of the dress was done, but then a she started to pin the underside of my dress for my bustles again. My mom was with me at the appointment, she asked her if she needed to redo the pinning for the bustles she said yes. After this, she said to come back in one week on August 10th and it'll be done. Again. We were on our way (mind you my mom lives an hour away, and I live 30 minutes away), we hit some traffic and I messaged to her let her know we'd be a few minutes late. She didn't respond until we were outside her building, she said the dress wasn't done because she needed to order the bustles and they were arriving until Thursday August 13th. She did apologize for not letting us know, but at this point we were already there. She said it would be done on Saturday August 15th, this time it was done and it looked amazing. She did give us a discount for the inconvenience of coming to Visalia since she didn't let us know the dress was not done on August 10th. She was apologetic for that, and a really sweet woman. I would just say to try and over communicate with her on your end and ask plenty of questions so pickups and what you're needing done is clear.
