Carlin was fantastic! She is super friendly, timely, honest, and knowledgeable. I had a bridesmaid dress that was way too long and had some weird details on the back. I asked if there was any way we could remove the weird netting on the back of my dress and instead add a bow, and she absolutely nailed it! We ended up hemming, lowering the slit by adding a stitch right above the knee, and adding a bow to the back. She found a great color/fabric match for the bow and was done very quickly (about a week and a half). Pricing was fair!
