It was not quite traditional NY style but as far as outside NY Pizza goes, it was solid. I did not intentionally capitalize the P in Pizza there, my phone did, but it is appropriate. The spinach and cheese roll was crack. The ricotta really adds something. The dough was soft but crisp at the edges. The accompanying sauce was so flavorful and delicious.
