If it looks bad, I'll just cut it and it grows back" in the type of person that doesn't get self-conscious about how my hair looks because it's hair and it grows back. I always love seeing her because we love doing fun colors because I'm so experimental and I let Chrissy pretty much use her own creativity on my head. It always turns out amazing even when it wasn't what we were expecting! She's super friendly, super easy going, she gets me. I'll text her ideas before hand and I'm so indecisive every time so it helps that she can make that judgement for me and I love it every time. I always go in and come out saying, "I love this color the most" with each time she's done a color on my hair. But I really think she out did herself this time because I LOVE IT! Over the years I have recommended everyone to Chrissy because she's just awesome and I love her!

Unfortunately, because of a time zone issue in their booking system, the appointment was apparently entered as 12:00 PM instead. I use Square regularly in NYC and have never experienced this kind of confusion before. What made the situation especially frustrating was the complete lack of accommodation or understanding when I arrived. I was simply told the issue was noted somewhere on the website, but if this is a known problem, it should be made extremely clear and impossible to miss -- especially for out-of-town clients visiting Napa. They also stated they called me around noon, but I never received a phone call or missed call notification. The experience felt disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Napa is known for hospitality and customer service, and sadly this business did not reflect that at all. I hope they improve both their booking communication and their willingness to work with customers when issues like this happen.
