I don't even know where to start I started going to Jaime about four years ago my hair was a mess it wasn't growing It was so damaged I mean can you blame it after coloring it so many times and bleaching it my hair was pretty bad I was referred to her by a neighbor and I went not knowing what to expect when I got to her first thing she said was Your Poor Hair. I've had extensions for a long time and recently learned I was being extremely overcharged for services (at another salon) and Jamie took my extensions from looking horrible (from someone else) to the most amazing beautiful hair (from her). I got my hair done by Milana! I hadn't cut my hair in three years, so I was definitely nervous going in, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to talk through what I wanted, asked exactly how much I was okay with cutting off, and always checked in before taking off more length. She did an incredible job curling my hair and really brought out its natural shape and bounce. The stylist/owner Jaime is AWESOME!Every time she works on my hair whether its cut, color, extensions or treatments its like magic. I have asian hair and had a hard time finding a stylist that can cut it just right. Ever since going to Annex salon my hair has been healthier and I'm always getting compliments on my hair. Jamiee is the best! She does a variety of types of extensions and knows how to educate you on having them and Taylor them to your wants and needs. I've been going to her for a year and a half and she keeps my hair looking great, I always get compliments and people can't tell I even have extensions. She does amazing color too. I recently got the idea to do rose gold/pink hair on my extensions. Though she was hesitant because she didn't want me making quarantine-induced decisions, we waited and I still wanted it so she said ok and gave me my pink, I LOVE how it came out. Tracy is a great stylist! Got nothing bad to say about her service which is nothing but superb! She's very accessible and she dealt with my crazy transition from red hair to blonde. She did a great job sending me home with nice hair after a long day of her color correcting for hours. She's super chill and really easy to socialize with. Loved her work and loved the location. The studio is very clean and quaint. She takes all measures necessary to comply with cleanliness both before and during Covid. After trying different stylists and having unpleasant experiences and results I stopped trying. I finally came across Jamie and I must say she saved my hair. She got me the blonde I wanted on the first visit and took excellent care of my hair. My hair has never been so healthy and blonde at the same time. I have gone other places that I thought were "luxury salons" but really had no idea. Annex is everything it is hyped up to be. Every time I leave the chair Jaime has me feeling like a whole new girl. She gives you options and gives details to make sure you are leaving the chair 100% happy. She informs you on hair health, suggests what products to use, but lets you be in total control of your outcome.. somehow with bleach blonde hair and extensions my natural hair is still growing. I went here to get a consultation on the different hair extensions that were offered. Jaime worked wonders. She was able to get my hair from brown to the perfect blonde hair I wanted, without the damage. I was informed of all the different styles of hair extensions available and which product would be best for my hair type. I got tape in hair extensions and have not had a single problem with them.
