Being this establishment is mostly a non self-serve outfit, the operation requires more interaction from employees to make sure the patron is attended to through and through, not just simply the order itself and walkaway. The overall flavor of both pizzas was great, and we were able to take some home for lunch the following day. Unlike many food trucks that can be hard to track down, you always know exactly where to find them when the craving hits.
