When I picked up the coat, the hoops had been moved too low. I asked for it to be fixed, and had a very difficult time getting him to understand where I wanted the belt to be. I even showed him how the belt was not where my waist was, but he was acting as if he didn't understand. Finally, he said he would charge me again to fix the mistake. I refused to pay for him to fix his mistake, after over paying for his first try, and didn't trust that he would do it correctly on the second try. I will never go there again.

And since I don't usually feel comfortable handing strangers my phone, I settled for just using my CashApp card. By the way, the guy who runs the place seems nice. We didn't exchange many words, but he seems approachable enough. If I ever need alterations done, I will more than likely return here. Locating them the first time was a bit weird.
