In reading reviews of Dr. Leung, I see that people take issue with his direct demeanor. Maybe it's just the male in me and my background, but I personally appreciate his direct but empathetic approach. In fact, I had tried therapy before with another male therapist who lauded pity parties and only listened and did not provide any meaningful exchange. When you sit across across Dr. Leung you can expect someone who will listen, who will foster constructive discourse, and who interested in helping you.

Rather than trying to find a solution or offer any assistance, every response seemed focused on why she couldn't help. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the manager witnessed the behavior and was also of no assistance. Despite being present, the manager did not intervene, offer support, or make any effort to resolve the situation. The front office is the first impression of any medical practice, and unfortunately, this experience left a terrible one. I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at how patients are being treated because no one should have to deal with this level of rudeness and indifference over a simple request.
